I got this Charger and this meter to measure the thoughput.
I dont see anything above 5V !!!
It shows me FAST charging at about 2A which Redmi Note NEVER reached....about 1.4A MAX it I believe, but this is FAR from what QC2.0 is supposed to deliver.
rn3 pro support qc1.0, i used ampere app and average of 1.9A, the current will drop after 90%

We need to know if RN3 comes with special Power Management Integrated Circuit built in or not. (To convert the high 9v, 12v voltages to battery specific volts)
Just using the kenzo with a quick charger landed me with a bricked/burnt device not once not twice but thrice. The second time onwards I tried with Franco kernel & the third time I tried with Radon kernel still ended up with the same result. After getting the phone fixed a third time now I'm careful not to use it with a QC charger.

Sorry if i posted wrong place. My problem is that i cannot root it. Tried kingoroot, kingroot, dingdong root and many others. Inside phone root or rooting with pc did not work. It has android 5.1.1 . I looked for google and it seems that 5.1.1 cannot be rooted. Can it be rooted in some way ? It has lot of factory crap that i dont need and it makes phone slower than my single core old android phone with cyanogen.
Impossible to root it i guess? Edit: I have waited long enough and no replies Somebody can explain step by step rooting as simple you can? I have seen tablet rooting turtorial with same processor but it did not work with mine. Specs are here: Specifications
