That's easy. Just search for Platlogo on GP Android Development, you will see a guide how to change platlogo to 6.0.1

You can try eggster xposed module. You can even get Android N easter egg.

I cant uninstall system apps as well using titanium backup

Since our device has a lollipop port of s5 mini(the very beautiful motion rom as you all Know) and i PM'd MR. Aapav and he told he don't have the device anymore so probably he won't port it
