In 2 weeks I'll have my Redmi Note3 Pro and I want to know if I can switch lockscreen style with tasker.
=> connected to wifi home - swipe
=> not connected to wifi home - fingerprint.
On my Note4 works fine but I want to know on MIUI if this work.

I think with an a Google Services setting, but don´t remember where was this setting...Sometimes i get notifications about this app and said: You´re unlockin too many times your device in the same location, and then you could enable Smart Lock
Yea, it's smart lock but you can use BT/NFC/Location...I want Wifi

Hi,
I would like to have a gesture control app like I had on my Cubot X9. It would be enough for me to have a possibility to switch the screen off and on by double tab.
That app I had on my previous phone allowed me to switch the display off by doubletap the home button and wake the phone up by simply double tapping anywhere in the display.
This was cool and pre-installed. But I don't see any option like that in MIUI and I don't know which app I could download for doing it.
I am using the xiaomi.eu Rom 5.11.1

This feature needs to be supported by the kernel. Currently there is no such option, and most likely there never will be.

Hello Friends, Today I am going to show you. How you can user Fingerprint on your Note 4, if you have installed Note 7 Ported ROM. Samsung Galaxy Note 4
I have tried this on my phone, and it 100% working (DOOLA ROM V12) SM-N910C
Step-1
Register Fingerprint in Settings (Settings-->Lock Screen & Security --> Fingerprints)
Note: Don't set Lockscreen Lock your register Fingerprints (Just Cancel it) If you will set it, it won't work.
Step-2
Install Next Lock Screen
Step-3
Open Next Locker, Enable Next Lock Screen, Then click on "Screen Lock"
Step-4
Click on Fingerprint Lock, it will ask you for System Screen Lock (Select None)
You are Done!

Swipe from up to down: in my phone its showing alternative PIN lock - to unlock the phone.

I understand what @Frozen27 want to say, If u swipe up from down ( in my case it is from left capacitive button to upword , then there is no need of Fingerprint ) phone gets unlocked itself. So actually this direction bypass the Fingerprint Security. Its known B*U*G* to all ported Rom/s, at present there is no solution for this... Unfortunately. :crying:
Lets hope that one of our Dev will find out solution for this.
Anyone uses google smart lock? Previously, with my fitness tracker (garmin vivoactive3) connected, my poco can just double tap the screen and it'll go straight to homescreen. now it seems not working, i need to key in pin. I cannot find the setting page. Help please. thanks

Same for me no solution, don't undetstand. Why doesn't work. Prefer miui rom but going on custom rom. Same thing on my previous redmi note 5. OK with custom rom
I have a Realme 6 European verzion RMX2001 and smartphone is great, but I use nova louncher like I always do, and after it is locket for a while and I unlock it with fingerprint or PIN it opens blank home sreeen, only background photo is there, and if I do jot touch it it will not open home screen with apps icons!!!
Also, stock clock widget is crap, so I use aftermarket one, MeClockWidget 4.0 and sometimes it will not sinc with phone time!
Also, once in a while it will frezze for a minute, and than restart!!!
Please help!

hi all, i have a realme 7 pro and i want to disable the google screen to the left, cant seem to find the setting anywhere.
id also like to enable keypad sounds and change the volume of it? right now its super loud.
when i cloned my old phone to my new one (realme 7 pro) i chose to not bring any apps over but it decided to install some google apps, such as google photos and file manager, so now i have 2 of each and its confusing, how do i remove the google apps and keep the realme ui apps? when i go into the app settings the disable button is greyed out.
last but not least is there a way to use a stock android launcher? im not a big fan of the realme ui.

Hi mate, did you get the google screen to the left disabled? I'm also curious about disabling it
