This is a Bootanimation called Speed Time for ldpi devices
Instructions for installing bootanimation:
-Download the bootanimation.zip from attachments.
-Copy it to system/media using Root Explorer.
-Set the permissions of the zip file to rw--r-r.
-Reboot...

Download ROM toolbox from playstore and it have a wide variety of boot animations. It also has windows like animations.
Just two bootanimation.zip that I portet from gif's that I found online.
These are not flashable zips. Rename to bootanimation.zip, and put it in /system/media, change permissions to -rw-r-r (644).
You'll need bootanimation.zip support for this to work. --> Enable Custom Bootanimation [bootanimation.zip support]

3)backup stock bootanimation by simple rename it as bootanimation.zip.bak
4)then paste this bootanimation
5)then set permission rw-r-r
6)reboot device
