intel nuc hdmi no sound - Remix OS for PC

any news about making hdmi output sound work?

Not sound HDMI?
Send my HTC ONE M 8 by Tapatalk

I have a problem with the audio also. Installed remix is on windows 10, works great but only audio is send through USB speakers. I really want to redirect it to the usual internal soundcard but I can't seem to get that fixed. Does anybody know a workaround for it? Thanks.

Ditto same problem in Intel Nuc :0) bluetooth works fine but would like to use my surround sound.
Any input greatly appreciated

Any updates on how to enable sound on Intel Nuc? I have the same prob. No sound through HDMi.

[Q] Streaming audio via Bluetooth on Windows 7

Hi... This is probably mentioned elsewhere but I've done some searching and can't find an answer to my specific problem.
I have a brand new Dell Inspiron laptop. Very nice it is too. The OS is Windows 7. I also have an HTC HD2 carrying WM 6.5
I was messing about with the Bluetooth and it seems that everything works EXCEPT that when I try to stream the audio FROM my HD2 TO my laptop, the audio plays out of the phone and not the laptop speakers (which are LOUD).
Can anyone advise what to do. I can use the laptops speaker and mic for phone calls so I know it streams ok but this bit has got me stumped.
Thanks.

[Q] HDMI video out but with Bluetooth audio?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to route the audio to a Bluetooth device when the HDMI cable/connector is plugged in, as opposed to the audio going to whatever is plugged in at the end of the HDMI cable.
TIA
OH MY GOD
NO ONE REPLIED???
I really need this.. IT WILL BE AWESOME!!!!!!
I need to make it so that the headphone jack on the dock will still work when the hdmi is connected.

Just got my HDMI connector and I want to play the video through it, but the audio through my Bluetooth speakers. It does not seem to allow me to do this. Even though I connect the Bluetooth speakers, all audio comes through the tinny speakers on my monitor.
Has anyone managed to get Bluetooth audio working when connected with the HDMI adaptor?
In the app, SoundAbout, I can use HDMI video with audio output to the Phone speaker and headphones. The only problem is when connecting HDMI, the phone seems to disable the Bluetooth adapter.
I am guessing this is done so that the audio will go through HDMI. They don't ever expect you to use HDMI video with Bluetooth A2DP audio.
I am also trying to do the same. The only solution that I came up with was to route the TV's audio output to a Bluetooth transmitter which will send the audio to the Bluetooth speakers. I haven't yet tried that solution to comment on the audio quality or its sync with the movie.
you can check out the transmitter at amazon, search: "TaoTronics Wireless Portable Bluetooth Stereo Music Transmitter"

[Q] ICS or higher ROM w/ working HDMI (video AND audio)

Is there any X2 ROM out there Android 3.0 or higher with working HDMI (BOTH video AND audio) ??
I did a search, and it seems all the CM10/CM9 variants do HDMI video, but no audio (which I need).
I don't care about working data, just need wi-fi.
Thanks!!
i have the same issue as you, i tried sotmax but it doesn't work
i think it could be kernel related...
you can still get audio out of the 3.5, and any monitor/TV that actually has decent speakers has an external audio input for one of the HDMI ports anyway.
if you absolutely MUST have audio over the HDMI connection and ICS/JB, just get one of these http://www.cypeurope.com/Audience/AU-11CA-HDMI-Audio-Embedder-with-built-in-Repeater.html and a 3.5mm to stereo RCA cable. done and done.

Android CarPC audio Out

Hi,
I would really like to build a carpc using Android x86 and maybe an intel nuc or zbox.
I'm just hanging at some question:
I need 3 Channels "left / right / bass" is there a way to get android to send a 2.1 Signal on the Audio out ?
I would need a Hardware with 2 jack outputs 1 for stereo and the second one for bassline.
Is there a way to map the outputs to the channels ?
Is it hard to get the other devices like gps and w-lan work ?
Thanks in Advance
Simon

DTS/Surround5.1 output via MHL usb to hdmi not working, only stereo, why?

I'm using a LeTV x900 (or Le Max), which sports the Snapdragon 810 as well as USB Type C.
I'm using a USB-C to HDMI MHL adapter (made specifically for this brand of phone) to output audio to my yamaha receiver, as I want to listen to DTS tracks on my home stereo. The receiver sees the HDMI signal from my phone. I use MX Player, which plays the DTS tracks fine (I have the one with DTS support and the right codecs installed), which plays the files just fine. Yet for some reason the receiver is only receiving a stereo signal, so its only giving me 2.0 sound, not see any more than 2 channels in the first place. I'd like to at least play 5.1 (if not 7.1) files. I can't for the life of me figure out what step I'm missing. I even went so far as to install Dolby Atmos on android but that was a no go too. Any ideas?
