flash a normal GT I9100 firmware via Odin.
Another option is to root your device and flash GT I9100 custom ROM via CWM recovery.

I have an international version Galaxy S3 i9300. Its running a Nordic/European 4.1.2 JBean Unbranded ROM. Is it OK if I flash an Asian Unbranded ROM to it? Nervous Newbie here.

as long as the ROM is for the I9300, yes you can.
First of all Hello to all of you guys ! I have a big problem with my Korean S2 ....Today i wanted to flash a stock rom 4.1.2 Jellybean for the International I9100 S2 everything fine but when it boots it remains in the Flashing SAMSUNG logo and keeps flashing .....the problem is that i want to go back to ICS 4.0.3 but i cant find the original rom anymore....it;s nowere to be downloaded via the internet. Can anyone help me and give me a link with the stock firmware ?

1) Lose the stupid font - we're not blind :-/
2) Samfirmware, AndroidFirmwares.net or Samsung-updates.com; if none of these places have the firmware you need, you're out of luck. Use an ICS or JB firmware.
