Can anyone with rooted stock MIUI upload the apk of the CIT (Engineering Tests) app for redmi note 4 snapdragon?

Hii guys. I need help. I tried to enable camera2api by adding the command "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1" to the build.prop file in my ROM's "System folder". But then too, I failed enabling it and every time I open Google Camera, it stops working/crashes.
Considering me as a noob, kindly help me!
Model: Redmi 4X (Santoni)
ROMs I tried:
1. crDroid (Pie)
2. Miuipro (MIUI 10 Ver. 7.1.2)
3. Miui Global Stable (MIUI 10 Ver. 7.1.2)
I tried adding the command to build.prop by using Root Essentials' build.prop editor, Root explorer Classic, ES File Explorer.

Managed to fix it by manually browse to system/framework method within the smali application.

Here is the Camera extracted from Latest RealmeUi. You just need to extract and paste the folder in /system/apps and then reboot

It will only work in realmeui. Unfortunately there are no working ports are available for custom roms.
