Sry for my bad english x.x

Hi !
I think i am close using Chuwi Hi8 Pro or Cube iWorks 10 System.
But my efforts have been stopped as i was stupid enough to flash the newest FW that DISABLES booting Android.
Can someone answer here who has NOT flashed the new Firmware.
I need someone with this version:
BIOS: American Megatrends / Aptio, Core Version 5.011, Project BW3_VT4_C.10E
OR very similar. NOT the 109 version / BT4 found on the Trekstor page !
If you got it i have the tool to back it up to a file and THEN i guess we can make Android work.
Ender
Edit: got the file but something is wrong, have a Brick now

[Q] Rooting an ACHO C906 (Chinese Tablet) - Help

Hi all,
I'm looking into how to root android tablets before I buy one. The tablet I'm interested in is the ACHO C906, I'll post a few specs:
Model: ACHO C906
CPU: Rockchip RK2918, Cortex A8
OS: Android 4.0 OS
Memory: DDRIII 1GB
Nandflash: 8GB
LCD Display: 9.7 Inch Capacitive Screen, IPS, 4:3, 1024×768
WIFI: Yes, 802.11 b/g/n
Multi-Touch: Yes, 10-points touch screen
It would be running Icecream Sandwich, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with rooting cheap chinese (basically unbranded) android tablets? Do any of the general rooting methods work like superoneclick etc?
Any help is greatly appriciated =)
Anyone got any ideas? I'm not new to rooting, I've done it a few times before, but I would just like a point in the right direction Or for someone to tell me it's not possible, if thats the case.
No one here has any input at all?

Hello friend ... I need to be root like you .. could do?
I have this tablet and SuperOneClick not work.
Not yet found a method to root.
I have the tablet with me, you can try to root?
I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem, hopefully someone who knows the answer will post a reply soon.
I haven't bought a tablet yet, I'm just seeing if it is possible to root before I buy it, but I guess I can rule superoneclick off the list
Have you tried any other methods? Maybe 'Doomlord's easy rooting toolkit'?
rooting use toolkit and does not work.
Although no program to root to run ICS ...
It seems that all of the rooting methods that may work are made for android 2.x and there is no ICS support.
Looks like we won't be rooting the tablet until someone creates a new exploit for it, which seems unlikely considering how unknown the tablet is.
Thanks for the help anyway!
ROOT Android 4.0.3
instruction:
1. Download RK29 drive standard
2. Copy the contents of the folder the driver ACHO program (found in PC / program files / acho / driver) to the driver folder SuperOneClick program.
3. Start SuperOneClick.
4. ROOT.

ZBS A1000 Android 4.0 7 inch
Hi, Does it apply for ZBS A1000 too ?
Here is a few specs:
CPU: Rockchip 2918 1.2GHz
OS: Google Android 4.0.3
Kernel version: 3.0.8+ [email protected] #239
Build number: RK2918_Android4.0.3-SDK_V2.10_20120205
RAM: 512MB DDR3
Flash Memory: 8GB
Support TF card extend 32GB max

Battery: 3800mAh
Networking: Wifi 802.11 - 150 Mbps b/g/n
Support 1080P Video
Support Video Chat
GPS: Yes
G-sensor: Yes
I have tried SuperOneClick, but no responded, since when I chose USB Debugging and plug into my laptop, it was discovered as Linux USB Disk or something like a portable disk not a phone.
Perhaps, I couldn't find a driver for this tablet, and I believed most of tablets from China doesn't provide us those driver, so the question is where can I find driver and how to root it ?
Any help is greatly appriciated =)
zebyuz.... I have a similar tablet. It's a DOPO MD 740, has the same processor, build number, the kernel is a 3.0.8+ but has a different address... [email protected]#153. Mine has a bit more RAM but that really shouldn't be an issue with a root process.
Also, like you, I can not get adb to recognize the tablet as anything other than mass storage. I have a suspicion that many of these different chinatabs will be able to use one root program.
So much of that is the same as my dopo 702, I was wondering if I could simply download the firmware available for the 740 and have it work. From the build specs it looks like it's the same rk2918 just the 740 is overclocked to 1.2GHz where the 702 is at 1Gz. If that is the case the double root file for the 702 might work? Or would the different firmware close that door?
any rom for this tablet??
help from anybody with zbs A1000
Can you do me a favour relating to zbs A1000 tablet? I have experience with this tablet very much. And i know many things about it.

I'm sure you're no longer searching for the answer but here it is for those that come against it.
Long Answer: It depends, if the developer supports open source on their hardware and provides everything for a complete root of the device. Then if that is the case you would need to have all the exact model numbers and hardware versions for your chips. WiFi, Bluetooth, North bridge, South Bridge, etc etc. Then you would need to compile the kernels for all of those into your operating system. After that you would need to reconfigure your bios to to boot from the medium you put the completed image on. After that you would need to carefully install the OS. My guess is it wouldn't work the first time and you would have to do some tinkering to get to work properly. After all that you no longer have support on the device. All of that would be null and void.
Short Answer: Your better off just buying a micro PC for 150 on Amazon and using that. The potential for disaster with a non IT Expert is just plan Russian roulette. At that it only may be possible your hardware vendor could not support rooting the device. Then you would need to see if others have built a root package that unlocks the boot from as well.

[Motorola Spice XT300] Please, help with this old android phone

Well, First, the Motorola XT300 was my first android phone, and I loved use it because it was small, and have a backtrack (like a mouse for the phone).
There are the specifications (You can see it on GSM Arena)
OS: Android 2.1 (Eclair)
Chipset: Qualcomm MSM7225 Snapdragon S1
CPU: 528 MHz ARM 11
GPU: Adreno 200 (Not activated) (Need drivers)
Well, first of all, It suppousedly had an Adreno 200, but the phone not come with the installed driver and use Software acceleration which makes the phone to be slow in everything. Someone can help with It and say if it have an Adreno 200? and If the phone have it, someone can activate it or tell me how? I want to use it back but the phone is too slow including in the launcher and apps like messages or calls.
If someone activate the GPU, I don't know if someone is interested to make a recovery CWM, or a custom rom (android 2.3 , 4 or 4.4.2) for this phone. It have like 8 years more or less... But first of all I want to make the GPU works xD Thanks to everyone

After many hours of looking for an answer i realised android x86 is still in development. But I found this and i was jumping of excitement.
Found this These are stable Phoenix OS, Bliss OS but they best work for newer 64 bit laptops so the best 32 bit stable os i found is Prime os
PrimeOS Classic 32 bit (for older systems) - https://primeos.in/
Use this variant if you have a cpu which was manufactured before year 2011, For example ->[ Intel Core i series 1st gen or below OR Intel Pentium dual core OR Intel Pentium G620 OR AMD Phenom II X6 1100T etc. ] Just enter your cpu model on google and you can find this info easily. This variant of PrimeOS will work well for all Old Intel, Old AMD and Old Nvidia GPUs. This version will also work on 32-bit systems, In case you cannot boot this variant of PrimeOS, you should try using PrimeOS standard or mainline.
I hope this helps.

Install Standard Android in Any TV Box

Dear Support,
I am new user in our forum, I don’t have any information about Android OS. I can Reset system, but I never try to flash, unlock Android OS.
Few years ago, I bought ZaapTV(Attention to buy it ), now if you don’t pay you can not see nothing on Tv.
When I turn ON the Box, I see only ZaapTV logo, after that, they ask me to activate my Box by paying 90$ every year.
When system boot, I see [ Starting Device. RK3066 4.2.2 ]
My question: Can i install any Standard Android version 4.2.2 or other in this Device with RockChip 3066 ? Transform ZaapTV to Android Box where I can see Google Apps and download any Application ?
I hope my question is easy for you and I m waiting your help asap to know if it’s possible or no before buying a new Box ?
Thank you very much for your support.
@Zorrofes
I think ZaapTV is running Android 5..1.1 & KODI is pre-installed.

I can go only to seetings, but I can’t see About Device to verify more options.
