Timetelling Mode - Asus ZenWatch 2

I use my watch sometimes without a connection to a phone and found the timetelling mode in the zenwatch app.
My problem is I use the pujie black watchface and timetelling mode dosent work with 3. Party watchface. Is there an way to bypass this limitation, preferable without root?

Go into watch settings and turn on airplane mode. Seems 'Timetelling Mode' is essentially the same thing, just faster access.

[Q] Stamina Mode Doesn't work whenever an app is Whitelisted

Hey all, i have one curious question..
Is it true that once we whitelisted any app (in my case Whatsapp) that the phone is running all the time? I acknowledge the issue because whenever i tried to not include any app into the exception List, the Battery Monitor Panel (made by 3c) graph will indicate that the history is not written i.e. yellow lines instead of white lines (indicating that the device is indeed in deep sleep) but once i whitelisted Whatsapp or Tasker, the Graph is written continuously (no more yellow lines, only white - battery idling and red lines - discharging)
Any guys could give some insight? Or any of you would share how do you all configure the stamina mode? Thanks!
Things like WhatsApp, tasker and 3c's battery monitor app run continuously in the background. As they're exclusions in stamina mode it effectively disables stamina mode.
It's meant more for apps that are only active while running, like BT connections or uTorrent or something like that if you get me.
So eg, I add an exclusion for the the sbh52 app which is only activated when the unit is paired, during that time stamina mode adheres to the exclusion and prevents the phone from sleeping, then when I disconnect, the sbh52 app autocloses and stamina mode reactivates sleep.

Yeah i know, but it shouldn't be that way.. Shame that Sony hasn't trying to implement a timed wakeup for Stamina mode just for the selected program.

But if the programs running all the time, that's not possible, that's the point.

Options for automated airplane mode

I was going to try and post in devoper section, but I can't yet. I have an issue with battery usage, where I work, inside at least, the cell service is bad. I was wondering if anyone has heard of or can even make an app that would automate the airplane mode, while maintaining wifi.
I was thinking if there was no service for more than a certain time, it automatically enable airplane mode and re-enable the wifi, until it is manually turned off, maybe by a widget. If anyone has any knowledge of this, please give me an idea, I'm using 60% of my battery just searching for service.
I am rooted running hyperdrive rls14.
Airplane mode automatically disables all wireless services. Why don't you just disable mobile data when you get to work? You'll still be able to receive text messages.
Also, for future reference, the developer's section isn't for questions, but a place for developers to share their work. This thread should really be in Q&A.

I have a similar issue with where I work. However, I just turn on airplane mode and then turn on wifi. You can have wifi on while being in airplane mode. It is just two or three button presses, so I don't think it is that big of an issue. When you leave your job, just turn airplane mode off...
Phoneweaver
That's your answer. Set up a profile to turn on airplane mode and wifi at whatever time you want. Set up other profiles as you like. It will launch apps, toggle GPS (if you have secholeutils), mobile data on/off, volume levels, change ring tones, notification tones... pretty much anything you want.
You can always use NFC to trigger it too. I have a NFC tag on my desk at work the puts my phone into "work mode"

Marshmallow - Way to put phone to sleep at night

Can anyone help with suggestions please? After the MM update I can't seem to find a way (or App) to 'sleep' the Z5C at night. What I am trying to achieve is to turn off Sound, LED light, Sync, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS and Mobile Data at night. Basically, I just want the phone to be available for outgoing (Emergency) calls at night, but nothing else. However, during the day I want return to the full smartphone functionality.
MM native Doze keeps waking up the phone to sync periodically. MM Do not Disturb doesn't seem to turn off the LED notification light. I've tried several Apps but the MM update seems to have removed the functionality for 3rd Party Apps to manage mobile data (I.E. Doze App, DS Battery Saver Pro, etc.)
Is there an easy (non-rooted) way to do this?
Cheers.

Is Sony Smart Connect only for when the phone is on charge? My phone is not on charge all night.
I think you can use a time range to start an event

AUTO disconnecting

Hello,
Have any of you had a problem of auto disconnection with the application? I have already restored the factory settings several times and the problem still occurs maybe one of you had such a problem and could advise me how to deal with it, I don't get any notifications, which starts to irritate me
Regards
what device (model and ROM version) and what phone? Without any info about your setup it's very hard to try to help...
Anyway, the most common causes to connection issues are other app that may conflict with Amazfit app or kill it while in the background (check your phone settings) and Bluetooth/WiFi conflict. To test the later, disable all WiFi, put phone in Airplane mode then turn only Bluetooth on and see if connection gets better.
I have Stratos A1619 with PolishROM my phone is Huawei Mate 10 lite, but on any kind of ROM that problem occurs
Put your phone in Airplane mode and turn on only Bluetooth, make sure Amazfit app is open and running, confirm that watch is connected then move watch away from the phone. How far can you go without disconnecting? If it disconnects after just 30-50cm then most probably it's a hardware issue. But I'd recommend that you go entirely stock to test these things, it's hard to pinpoint anything using modified ROM.
Heey, you have options in that place where you can uninstall app, battery saving mode or optimization - sth like that. I have stratos and note9 and i have the same problem. Watch seems like have connection (top options at top left symbol phone with tick that means - connected to phone). But phone is saying disconnected. What helps - turn in airplane mode in watch, wait few seconds and turn airplane mode off.
But as i was saying - check battery optimization options and turn that function off in phone. If you are from Poland then write to me PM - i try to explain this in out native language

Suunto watch

So i have a problem with my Suunto smartwatch. It always disconnects from bluetooth after a while. I use Movescount app for it and it disconnects. Any ideas? I tried to make it not close, and exclude from battery saving options.
Have something similar but with huawei band watch.
It gets disconnected, likewise I have made the watch band app keep active in background, I have not set up any battery customisation etc to run. Yet still gets disconnected.

You can try adding this program to the protection program.
Go to Settings > System > About phone or Settings > About phone to check the EMUI version of your phone. If the version is EMUI 8.0 or later, perform the following steps:
1.Go to Settings > Battery > Launch to find the app for the wearable device, and disable all Manage all automatically switches. On the Manage manually screen, enable all three switches: Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background.
2.Open the app for the wearable device, then touch the Recent key or swipe on the Home key to display the recent tasks screen. Find the wearable app, and touch the Lock icon on the top to lock the app.
Note: Make sure you are using the correct app for your wearable. For example, if you are using a Huawei Watch, select the Wear OS app.
This settings solved my problem.
Using Garmin Fenix 3
Thanks it seems to work now. Been steady for 2 days. Hopefully it keeps going.

Hi, I use Garmin fenix with Garmin Connect and in my case the solution above doesn't work. Fenix is diconnecting and don't connect again. With P20 Pro it was working perfect. Any idea?
