How TO USE it :
put the jarvis.mp4 file some where in your
phone (you can use USB cable or FTP
remote manager or etc)
in your phone go to your file manager with
root access (I use Root Explorer)
move jarvis.mp4 file to /system/media

Installation Instructions

Put it on the sd card
Using Root exlporer or any other file manager, move the file to - /system/media/
Replace the file
Reboot and enjoy!

• Device must be rooted !
• Copy the animation on the phone's SD card and with some file manager (Root Explorer, ES file manager ...)
• rename the original bootanimation (.. /system/media) in bootanimation.bak and...
• in the same folder (.. /system/media) copy the new animation.
Don't forget to set a right permission on new bootanimation (rw-,r--,r--).
Reboot and Enjoy

With the aid this thread You change Lockscreen icon in quick and easy way.
You need to install in recovery one of the following packages and you're done! Wipe is not required.
Packages tested on only one ROM but should work on all (ICS, JB).
