Installation requirements:
- Stock ICS Rom

Recommendation:
Instalad the rom from a clean rom and if possible iberica (nothing happens if nothing is done but the rom anger better this way)
Remember do factory reset or data wipe factory reset / wipe cache partition / wipe cache dalvic in that order those 3 wipes, then flasheais.

How to Install
- You need root and a working recovery to flash this zip. At least you must be on lastest Lp .264

You can installed from /system/trash folder. I unistall some of them but you can restored from this folder into priv-app folder

Basically its more clean with some more Xperia X features and mostly odex just i deodexed the modded ones. I think its a litlle bit more smother than the full deodex. Cheers

It's a bug i experienced too, just remove all apps from /system/vendor/app/ and then it should work again

I tried the rom, but had couple odd issue.
I fresh installed, from scratch.
First, while setting up the phone, a force close abot com.aurora..... And something showed up.
Then......
That screen appears every 4 seconds. I restarted, waited some time, but never dissapeared. Came back to old rom.

just recovered my Elephone S8 ... big thanks to @skeleton1911 ...
and just installed Eragon 1.0 .
First impact is : beutiful SPlash Logo , wow , Fast Scroll and navigation into device environment.

For all that use other languages on device than English US and have system crashes :
I live in Italy and just received device and set my System language to ITALIAN language, device always was in crash in all environment, in particular after logged in my Google Account and using Play services.
As soon i have changed System language to ENGLISH USA, no more System crash !!!!!
Italian language BUG discovered !! Please Elephone, FIX THIS !!!!

You can also take languages from last officisl S7 rom.
I thing languages pack is the same as S8

One good thing: you can reboot to recovery or bootloader then (option will be in rom)
For example then you can unlock the bootloader

Don't know why Elephone has HW disabled this but i think it's another Bug related problem :laugh:
Using Spirit 2 app ... it tell me that kernel is not configurated to use this app ( to use FM Radio tuner ) . Stock app is useful but less beautiful, if you can enable something in kernel to make it works Spirit 2 could be Great

In few days I get the device to test this rom, thanks to the excellent work done skeleton1911:good:
What is difference between the base ROM used and the one "official" placed in needrom...
This one is dated as september and the other is october with 13 days difference i think.

If not , then the base ,my rom based on is the latest.
Anyway I only use it as a skelet. Nothing more. My rom
Will be highly customisable with great battery and performance when I am finished with it.
Problem is When is the finish/end.

Checked it on needrom.. seems that that is the latest base. From 10.10
