i have a Huawei Y6 L21 and i can't use any USSD code! every time i type a code and taping on call button it says: "ussd code is running..." and nothing will happen! and after one minute it says: "connecting problem or invalid MMI code."
my build number is: l21c158b130
what should i do?
can anyone help me??
i found this rom: Huawei Y6 Firmware (SCL-L21, C432B150CUSTC432D002) on huawei support but i can't upgrade to this. it will fails.
what build number i can downgrade or upgrade to?
is there anyone to help me??

The connection i am using is airtel and inorder to divert the calls we have to key in **21*mobile number#
i have also tried putting (,) at the last but it did not help

My Hiawei Y538 Union is still stuck in Black Screen of Death (BSoD). I need the product ID to unlock it from the emui website but they require the Product ID. I can't get the product ID because I nees to use the phone's dailer to get the code. I can't get to the dailer because of the Black Screen of Death issue so, can someone who has these phone or know someone with a functioning Huawei Y538 Union get the code for me? The instructions are listed at this site: droidviews. com/unlock-bootloader-root-huawei-y536a1. Please add the 3w's in front of droidviews and connect the . with the com to get to the site. I'm new so I'm not allowed to share links.

i was trying root my honor holly 2 plus. i tried get boot-loader unlock key on their official web site,that need my product id unfortunately im not able to find that on my phone in tried that number on my dial pad nothing happened. i think you guys can help me with this
