Device: xiaomi redmi 3 pro running MIUI 7.3 (Lollipop)
I can't open play store, I get "Authentication is required. You need to sign into your Google Account" error.
Also syncing gmail doesn't work, I get "Sync is currently experincing problems. It will be back shortly."
I don't care about sync, I just want to be able to use play store! It's a new phone and I could install some apps, but after rebooting phone play store gives authentication error.
I tried: deleting data on google apps, reboot, removing google acc and trying on another account, removing play store updates, installing the newest google play store version
Lastly I tried factory reset - THIS WORKED! I installed my apps again, but after I rebooted my phone, the play store stopped working again.
I don't know what to do anymore, it seems that rebooting my phone breaks play store forever. Please help

I have a Galaxy S3 I9300 from Telcel, Mexico running CyanogenMod 10.2.0, upgraded from 10.1.3 with the upgrade feature and using TWRP for this purpose. I am unable to download anything from the Play Store, the store loads but the apps won't download. I have flashed the gapps-20130813 package, cleared data and uninstalled updates from Play Store and Google Play Services, and it won't download yet. After googling around, I already cleared data on Google Play, Google Framework and Google Play Services, every single cache with Titanium Backup, cleaned up Dalvik cache, and removed and re-added my Google account. Still no luck.
I also noticed the download notification briefly appearing for a split second when I tap Download on Google Play.
Is there anything I can't do? I don't want to go through the hassle of backing everything up, deleting the entire data partition and restoring everything.

Please try to remove your google account and add it again after restart.

Despite I'm logged in to my google account, on the web site my device is not recognized, so can't install apps from there, use the tracking service, etc.
Already have flashed the right Gapps file, re flashed it, delete and logg in again my account, delete play store cache and data,nothing seems to work.
On the phone, google play store works fine, is just the link between both plataforms.
Please, if someone has experienced the same problem and succeed solving it, help
Does anyone know how to fix this? I bought it from etotalk.com and I asked them to root and download play store onto my phone (which worked) and I updated my phone to the latest version. After the reboot, the play store closed when I opened it and the error message 'Google Play Services has stopped working' came up.
I uninstalled them and tried reinstalling the services and the google play store kept crashing over and over again.
I re-installed the services using aptoide app market and the iuni market, but it kept saying I needed to download google play services. I have the framework installed btw.

I played clash of clans until a high level and lost my village because of don't have google play services for login to account
if any 1 can help us to install google play on our devices please do it faster

Probable SOLUTION.
Go to Settings>Applications>All
check if google play services is present there. If present then clear its cache and data and then restart your phone.
If not present, then try searching GAPPS for your Android version/Custom ROM and flash it.
As you mentioned that it is already rooted then flashing GAPPS wouldnt be much difficult.
Read the appropriate guide before flashing any GAPPS

Hello guys,i know i think it's a kind of repost but i got few diffrent case,so i few months ago i can't download any app on playstore no matter how big is my storage space,no matter how small the app size is,it kept showing "insufficient space on the device" message,then recently i installed Clash of Clans,i already had an account which had been registered (google account),so i wanted to sign in,tried to sign in with my g account but i can't,it shows google games login like "connecting" and it's dissapear afterwards,nothing happend,still not signed in because my account won't load (still on the tutorial),i tried to troubleshoot,i restarted the phone,updated the google play service manually (ofc because the playstore won't download) then tried to update the google play games,and nothing works,then i checked settings,and tried to add exiting google account and it shows "UNFORTUNATELY,GOOGLE ACCOUNT MANAGER HAS STOPPED",so i tried to uninstall the update of google play service,but it shows another process that stopped when i tried to add new account,i tried to google,MANY TIMES,i tried their advices,solutions,but nothing work,before doing the last way (factory reset) anyone got idea how to fix this? please anyway i also tried to clear cache,clear dalvik cache,clear playstore data,clear playstore cache,clear play service cache,and play service data,i also tried to clear Google Account Manager cache and data,tried to clear Clash of Clans cache and data,but nothing work! anyone have better idea? I'm having problems with my new Mi Pad 3. Youtube won't run. When i start it, I get the message "YouTube won't run without Google Play Services, witch are not supported by your device". Have tried to clear cache, force-stop both Play Services and the Framework but that just made it worse, now the Play Store is broken (but i have done a factory reset and got Play Store up and running again).
Found a APK with a patched youtube-version that are supposed to work without "Google Play services". But when i try i to install it, it conflicts with the already existing youtube-app. I can't uninstall the factory-shipped app without rooting the device, and that is my last option...
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
