Hi,
I've been successfully using remix for several months now on my Acer Aspire laptop. However today when trying to boot, I'm getting error messages saying the OS isn't found.
Message is:
Error 15: File not found
Thereafter I'm presented with :
Find /remixos/menu. Lst
Find /menu. Lst
Find /boot/grub/menu. Lst
Find /grub/menu. Lst
Comandline
Reboot
Halt
None of these options will let me boot, it's like something is missing. Last time I used it it was working fine and I hadn't made any changes.
Anybody seen this or have an idea how to fix? Clearly I want to avoid reinstalling the OS (all my apps) again!

I have been using remix OS on my Lenovo Yoga Ultrabook for few months in dual boot with windows 10
but yesterday after last windows 10 update there is no longer option to boot remix OS
I know I should be asking Microsoft what went wrong with their update, but I would like an opinion from Remix OS community and hopefully some solution to that

Hi all,
Newbie here that has picked up a Quantum Qpulse 100S from Dubai some time ago.
It has successfully had a Win10 update. The only thing stuck in the ages is the android side of things. (4.2.2) The built in software update check brings up a sub screen from "MobileUpdate" and then an error message saying Session Interrupted Please try later keeps coming up.

It is a dual boot device (factory shipped like this) but there is not a lot of support unsurprisingly.
I am wondering if there is a way of manually updating the Android version to 5.0 or even 6.
Any help would be appreciated.
Same here... but for Windows 10
Seems like we're both SOL mate. Same story here except in my case I want to make it a full-fledged Windows 10 device and try and run Bitlocker encryption on it. Also another exception for me is whereas your Win 10 upgrade succeeded, my Windows 8.1 upgrade itself failed and rolled back, forget about Win 10!
So yeah, I'm going the other way and trying to get a different version of Windows 10 on it - assuming current ver. of upgrade is Win 10 Home or something which won't let me join it to a Domain (encryption is for remote access to work network).
I did get the tablet to boot into bios by attaching a usb keyboard to it! So there might be a way to "root" it after all, just not that many enterprising hackers around for this device I guess.

Password Issue
Hello Team, Hope you are well & doing fine.
I purchased a Tablet - Quantum Q-Pulse 100s from Deira City Center Dubai. After purchasing I added a password but now don't remembered the password.
I was in Dubai for business trip (Week Only), Now I am in Pakistan (Home Country). So I need your help to resolve my issue. Window login is working okay because just password added in android section.
Please let me know the procedure, how to reset my tablet to factory settings to remove the password from my tablet. "press the power button and volume (minus) at the same time.. Msg will be pop up.." said method is also not worked.

i have the last cm-14.1-20161225-nightly-flo working fine on my Nexus 7 wifi - never had problems with network connection
i tried to install now the newest Lineage 14.1-20170418-nightly-flo with open_gapps-arm-7.1-nano-20170425 and then rooted with supersu 2.79
installing ok, also the Lineage OS started, but after the choosing the language i got problems on setup wizzard. get the message when i choose new device.
and when i try to use existing cloud account, there is message no networking discovered...
and there is no skip button to make the setup later, nothing to do...
somebody can help?
So i have this problem on my compuiter, it's an Acer iconia tab w500, i had linux on it and a friend of mine told me about Remix os, i installed the latest version of it almost without any trouble, but afert playing with it for a while and turning it off it wouldn't turn on again, at first when it went in to grub rescue but i couldn't get further from there; then i tried installing the os again without grub, and after restarting it it said there was no bootable device...
I don't know what to do as i want to keep this system on my pc in single boot.

1° thing - I actually Love Remix Os, i think that it could be a great idea for everyone.
I'm trying it (since yesterday) on my Notebook - Hp Pavilion DV6-2150el.
But it often gets stuck without a motivation, and yesterday i changed wallpaper and downloaded apps, and now there's nothing (in resident mode).
Could someone help me to fix these things?

Hello everyone, today I tried to install bliss os and when the boot remains on the x86-64 writing: and I can not do anything.
And long ago I tried to install Android x86 and gave me the same problem some time ago.
How can I solve this problem?
