Put the original rom to the internal phone storage.
Change the name of the file to "update.zip".
Flash.

1) Download the Indian Le Max 2 ROM from here. Download fastboot and adb and install to your PC from here
2) Keep the firmware zip file in the fastboot, adb folder of your PC. In that folder, press Shift + Right click and click on "Open command window here".
3) Boot into TWRP recovery of your phone. (Power + Vol Up) button together at boot. Perform full wipe so that there is no OS installed.
4) Enter Adb sideload
5) On PC's command prompt window which we opened earlier, enter these commands adb sideload LE_X2_X820-OS-OP-FGXOSOP5801507066S-5.8.015S.zip
6) Wait for stock firmware and recovery to be installed. Takes a long time. You can again factory reset if you want to but I did not need to do it.
7) Phone should be stock now with google app store and least bloat in Indian ROM.
If your phone had stock Chinese firmware, download the Chinese ROM from here and change the filename during adb sideload command appropriately.

What do you mean with 4) Enter Adb sideload
Open adb Fastboot?minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.4_setup??

I have make it.How is the standard Recovery??I have only 2 Thinks. Can anyone make me a Screenshot of the original Recovery??I must be ver sure i must send the Phone Back the Mic is broken

Since you were on custom ROM cuoco, I assumed you were on TWRP recovery.
If you are in stock recovery,
Else, boot into cuoco ROM. Rename the LE_X2_X820-OS-OP-FGXOSOP5801507066S-5.8.015S.zip as update.zip.
Copy that update.zip to the SDcard directory. It's the same where Download, Music, Ringtone folders are located.
Boot into stock recovery (Turn off the phone and press Vol up + Power button) to boot into recovery.
Tick Update system and tap the Start button.
After the process is complete, boot again into recovery and this time select Clear data. Tis factory resets the phone.

yes thx.The stock recovery are only 2 steps right?

Are you sure the stock recovery will install custom ROM? I would rather use the boot command of Factbook to install custom ROM.

If twrp install correctly, in theory u can install any custom ROM by adb sideload...just make sure the computer can detect your le max2 by adb.

No idea if I am late. Here is the Indian 19s Stock Recovery image. Use fastboot to flash -

1. Turn off your phone.
2. Boot your phone in Recovery Mode (Volume Up + Power Button).

Mr.Jaswal, if he really had to go to the mobile care center, he wouldn't be participating the XDA Forums. People go to the mobile care center only when their phone is hard bricked, and i do not think that is the case here. I'm sure the problem can be solved.

Yes you can, as long as your phone is rooted. But make sure you use a custom recovery and not the stock recovery .Meaning, you have to flash another recovery like CWM Recovery. And please disable signature verification. Let me know what happens Reset to factory settings and do a full wipe before doing anything else though

Yes, install the CWM.zip via stock recovery first. Find the right version for your phone. This one:

After you have done that, you can flash a custom rom like this one:

Did you disable signature verification? Do that and try. If that doesn't work either you can use fastboot to install recovery, which will 100%.
Follow these steps :
1.USB drivers for your phone must be installed on a computer.
2.Android SDK must be installed on your computer.
3.Your phone must be connected to your computer via USB.
4.The ADB and Fastboot drivers must be pasted into the folder where Android SDK is installed.
5.Navigate to the Android SDK folder, press shift and Right Click, select the Open Command Window here option.
6.Then type the following after your phone is recognized by cmd.In most cases it is.(Type this command to start fastboot : "adb reboot bootloader" and then "fastboot devices")
7.After that type the following : fastboot devices
And then : fastboot flash recovery FILE.ZIP
8.And you are done Open your custom recovery with the key combination used to open your stock recovery.
Let me know if it worked.

[Q] flash cwm recovery through adb without working OS

I've got a bricked LGP880 without an OS that boots up.
Although it is possible to access the bootmenu with ADB and software upgrade menu.
Is it possible to flash CMW recovery through ADB? and how?
I want to flash CM11 with it, because it isn't possible anymore to flash the stock rom on my phone because it doesn't see his imei number anymore
Thanks in advance.

He won't flash any stock rom without an imei number(of course I have one but he doesn't see it). When I use the LG flashtool the log said: "IMEINOTACTIVE".
I don't know what to do now.
Perhaps it is possible to flash CWM trough ADB or something, and then flash a custom rom (CM11 by example).

I noticed The ROM you have is a .img file, try download a .zip file. you can't flash .img files using CWM only .zip files
Like Cyanogen mod 10 - Download this file http://download.cyanogenmod.com/get/jenkins/42666/cm-10.1.3-p880.zip
And adb push and try install it
Before you attempt to flash.Wipe data Wipe cache & dalvik cache twice.

This is to unlock the bootloader
adb reboot oem-unlock
Press volume up button
remove the cable and battery
reinsert battery
reboot into recovery
Now flash CWM (You already have the touch CWMrecovery. replace the filename, recovery.img.)
adb push c:\recovery.img /sdcard/
adb shell
su
mount -o remount, rw /system
cat /mnt/sdcard/recovery.img >/dev/block/mmcblk0p1
sync
adb reboot recovery
And install the ROM

ADB push didn't work. it failed to copy the file. because you typed the directory wrong, did you rename the file recovery.img,
in command prompt, type "cd c:\AndroidSDK\tools" replacing AndroidSDK\tools with wherever the directory your recovery.img is located. like here it is c:\users\eldin\desktop\android\rec***--- recovery.img
and then type adb push recovery.img /sdcard after you have kept the recovery.img in the folder you have specified.
or you can you try the same way you did adb sideload , but this time type /sdcard. at the end after the directory.
or even connect the sdcard to pc and copy it to the root directory, using a microsdcard reader.
after it copies successfully try the rest of the commands.
And if you want to use the upgrade mode you could try flashing firmware using the LG flash tool I told you about earlier.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2069723
check your device box before you download the firmware. make sure it's the right one. the imei not acitve error might be because you're trying to flash the wrong firmware. this video is not in english but you can follow it. use the thread to download the files.
Hello,
I tried it again but without result (I don't know if I did it right this time).
Your explanaition isn't very clear to me (I am not really good with ADB hihi).
Is it also possible with an external SD card? I got an SD adapter (and a SD card of course) but I don't know the commands.
I tried also to mount the internal SD but it won't work.
About the flash tool, I tried it many times but it isn't possible to flash the stock rom because if I want to flash the stock rom, it needs an IMEI number but the phone doesn't see it anymore.
I hope you can help me!

How to Flash LG Optimus 4X HD with a KDZ File
KDZ Files (Remember to flash a compatible device or you may have problems like IMEI error or even chance of bricking your phone) I'm only giving compatible ones.
V20A_00
V20B_00
If you don't have european LG optimus 4x HD p880 I suggest you check this link and find the correct KDZ file
http://www.lg-phones.org/official-lg-optimus-4x-hd-firmware-download.html
1.Download these 3 apps: Download
2.Install B2CTools
3.Extract the KDZ_FW_UPD_EN.zip
4.Install msxml.msi (located \KDZ)
5.Extract WindowsEnabler.zip to the same folder as KDZ (ex.: KDZ\WindowsEnabler)
6.Run LGMobile update (must be on your desktop) and install the USB drivers
7.Reboot your LG Optimus 4X HD in SW Upgrade mode (remove the battery, hold vol down while inserting usb cable connected to your pc)
8.Open the Windows “Device Manager” > Modems > disable the LGE Mobile USB Modem (Windows + R Type in "devmgmt.msc" and hit enter)
9.Run as administrator KDZ_FW_UPD.exe
10.Run as administrator Windows Enabler.exe
11.After you run the app, an icon will appear on your tray, single-click on the icon until the “ON” text appears over the icon
12.Click the folder yellow folder icon next to ‘KDZ file’ and choose the .kdz file you downloaded earlier.
13.Connect your phone in S/W download mode to your PC. Let Windows install all the necessary drivers.
14.Select Type : 3GQCT. Select PhoneMode : CS_Emergency
15.Click on “Launch Software Update” and don’t click on anything else
16.Your LG phone will restart at 90% but don’t unplug it for now. Let it boot completely and wait till KDZ Updater reaches 100%.
Some LG models just shut down at 90%. You need to power on them manually without unplugging the USB cable
17.WAIT until your phone completely finishes and unplug the cable.
Don’t care about the errorlog, it’s normal. If KDZ Updater is returning a “KDZ extract error”, you probably need to re-download the KDZ file.
If you got only bootloop after flash .kdz, just do a hard reset: press and hold [vol -] and [power] until you got the “android recovery figure” and wait until they reboot again.

Hmm..
I couldn't try the flashable zip because the recoverymode hasn't got the update mode, only in combination with ADB so I couldn't try that.
I also tried the second option with the kdz update but he is stuck at param 207 (see image).
I waited more than 20 minutes but he won't do nothing at all.
LG makes it not easy to flash
I hope there's something else I can try
did you disable the LG modem in device manager? try remove the battery then re-insert it before disable LGE Modem and start flashing.
Here's another flashing tool to flash kdz files http://www.mediafire.com/download/fwrcd3pdj0svjtb/LG_Flash_Tool_2014.zip use CSE flash or you might get stuck in bootloop.
and try flashing the update.zip like you tried to flash cyanogenmod befoere using adb.
telephone alive!
Thanks everyone for helping me!
I stopped trying, because nothing worked.
I sent the telephone to the repair service and now my phone is alive!
Thank God I had warranty of 2 years on the phone.
They replaced some stuff in the phone (as the PCB assembly main refurb).
It wasn't a software problem, but a hardware problem.
Thanks for help!:good::good:

Can´t reach Recovery

Hi all. Before i start i want to say, i read a lot of threaths and comments before i started to booting recovery and i followed Tutorial that you can find somewhere here on XDA for MotoE.
I unlocked Bootloader correctly and everything was right. Then i downloaded latest version of TWRP and CWM if something will be wrong.
So i booted into bootloader, connected to PC (windows 8.1) and using adb i installed TWRP (by command window). After instalation was complete, i used comand: "fastboot reboot" to get my mobile start normally. Everything worked fine so i started last step. Turned off mobile, booted into bootloader(or maybe fastboot? idk...) and by volumebuttons i choosed "Recovery" . Then a black screen for a minute. After that mobile stuck on screen that i attached down below. So i tried this but with CWM (same process way). But nothing new... Someone said me i had to try "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" but again, nothing happend.
Can you help me guys?
The recovery isn't installed! Reinstall the recovery and follow correct steps!
I tried it one more time. I´m attaching image that is from command window showing that .img was booted ... Strange is, immediately after booting was completed, mobile restarted... and after i turned off mobile again, still i can´t reach recovery. Isn´t that problem in .img file? maybe it´s broken, isn´t it?
Tried once again
Ok last try didnt worked. So i complettly followed this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e/general/guide-one-moto-e-beginners-guide-t2807891 STEP-BY STEP!
Command window screen attached, Fastboot screen attached.
After reboot, turn off i tried to open recovery and again that image that i posted in first coment. (android figure with words: no command)
By that guide i downloaded recovery from here: https://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/condor/
and i downloaded just "openrecovery-twrp-2.7.1.0-condor.img" as i have to do it (written in guide)
Well, your recovery is flashing fine from cmd but its not detected by your phone.
Try re-downloading the recovery and check md5 before flashing.
I'll look into it and see if the issue can be pinpointed.
Btw, you might need the flash the stock ROM back if nothing works.

Okay try this.
Flash CWM
If flashing fails or you get any error, then try booting into recovery.
Code:
fastboot boot recovery.img
If you boot into recovery, flash the SuperSU package.
Reboot and then flash the recovery.
See if it works.

Do not flash CWM, just boot into it by the command I posted above.
Then try and flash SuperSU, (if you get a root prompt from CWM, select NO.)
Reboot device.
Then again boot into fastboot and now flash recovery (twrp).

I said if flash is not successful, then boot into it. So you can't boot into recovery either.
Here's last resort, extract the stock recovery from stock ROM and flash it. Then we'll try flashing TWRP again.
If you don't have stock ROM, download it. as you might need it to recover.

i just unpluged usb and navigate to recovery button and launched it
and VUALA im in recovery
hurraaa
just installed superSU and then rebooted.
everything works (superSU too)
i have one more question...
i downloaded twrp manager from google play
first start: asked for root permission a allowed it
then message appeard:
"The only compatible version of busybox we support is Stericson. All other cause havoc on all operations in this app. Please click yes to install Stericson busybox"
what the heck is busybox?
+Should i download it or not?
Do not use TWRP Manager, ROM Manager, CWM Manager or any other of these Tools. They often do not really work good together with "exotic" fones. Why the heck do you need TWRP manager? You have TWRP installed
Anyway - Busybox you also can download and install from Playstore. Busybox is a collection of executable terminal commands helpful for any kind of script. There are a couple of rooted apps who will ask for busybox support - so don't hesitate to install busybox - but do it directly with busybox app from playstore.
After you have installed the binaries you can de-install the busybox-app. Because all necessary binaries then are copied into /system/bin/ folder and the app itself only will become active once a new version would be available (but this is not the case very often).
ok then

I am looking for info about rooting Le 2 Max

Hello.
Probably You knot that. I can't find it.
I am looking for an information (instruction) how to root Le 2 Max. And I can't.
I rooted one year ago Huawei P6, it was easy. But I don't remember many details and can't find an instruction "step by step": do X, then Y, press Z and so on.
Can You paste a link?
(I know, my english isn't perfect.)

Rooting Le Max 2 is the simplest. I am assuming that you are on 15s or 16s stock ROMs (They can be any... Indian, Chinese or US versions)
Power off your Le Max 2.
Boot to fastboot or bootloader: Power + Vol Down
1. Download 15s TeamSpain recovery. link
2. Download and install Minimal adb and fastboot from here
3. Make sure the recovery img file is placed in the same folder where fastboot.exe and adb.exe are located.
Go in that folder, press shift button and right click -> Open command window here.
fastboot twrp flashing command: just copy and paste the below command in the dos window with your phone connected in fastboot mode.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery TWRP5.8TeaMSpaiN.img
4. Boot to recovery: Power + Vol Up
When booting into TWRP, ignore your phone is encrypted messages and go through those warnings to reach TWRP's main menu.
Erase the data partition (Some ROMs are encrypted eg. IN or US Roms are encrypted) Wipe -> Advanced wipe -> Tick Data option and -> Swipe to wipe
5. Reboot again in recovery to get access to data partition. (Do not boot to system or EUI will over write the TWRP with stock recovery.
6. Flash SuperSU 2.76 (Whichever is latest) using adb sideload command. link
7. Sometimes you may have to flash SuperSU zip twice.
8. Reboot to system and you will have a rooted phone. Make sure you Swipe to disable replacing TWRP.
It can't get any more clear than this.
OK, thank You.
There is "step by step". But for sure:
1. Link: there is a recovery (=TWRP) for this custom ROM, right?
1A. Fastboot = Power + Vol Down?
1B. Any file's name? Any path?
2. Boot into recovery = Power + Vol Up?
2A. Erase ALL data?
Many question yet.
Is this a similar instruction to EXACTLY THE SAME ROM?

I was editing my post. Now refresh and see.
Hello again.
You helped me very much. I know more but still have a problem. But first:
1. I have EUI version 5.8.015S (Stable) and number of compilation: FEXCNFN5801507014S. Not sure if 14S if 15S.
2. I had off "debugging". I turned it on. Then I installed some drivers.
3. I installed the downloaded application (.exe file) and paste ".img" file into Program File (not on desktop or "downloaded"). Correct? I think so: only in Program Files are fastboot.exe and adb.exe.
4. I did something else: left Shift + left Ctrl + Right Click -> console and I paste "fastboot oem unlock". There was an info "success".
5. And then was a problem. Shift or Ctrl+Shift (I tried both) and paste "fastboot flash recovery TWRP5.8TeaMSpaiN.img" (no quotations) gave me such info: error: cannot load 'TWRP5.8TeaMSpaiN.img'
And over and over.
I got stuck.
Do You have any idea?

Why are you messing around with USB debugging? I have not mentioned about it in my guide. Copy the recovery img file to the place where adb.exe and fastboot.exe are installed on your computer. I cannot know what path you used to install it. Check if it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal Adb and Fastboot
I cannot help you further if you don't know where you have installed the fastboot program. You shouldn't even be rooting your phone alone. Get some Android expert friend to help you out.
You was right. I made a big mess.
But finally I did it! I rooted the device and I have this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/le-max-2/development/cm13-lemax-2-teamspain-revolution-t3404634
Thank You so much. Someone has to tell me: **** up and listen. You did it.
Respect for You.

Can't flash rom because of default encryption on stock 19S Indian

Hello everybody,
I want to flash the madsurfer 20s. But I'm stock because of encryption in de stock 19S Indian rom. .
No zip file from the rom is visible in Twrp but it is in root of the device. Can somebody suggest me how to work around and install the new rom?
boot into twrp, and format the device and delete all data (this will of course delete everything that is on the device)
deactivate lock screen security may help, otherwise like greenManGaming said and push or sideload rom by ADB
Hi. Do this:
1. Make a Backup of all your data, when your phone is on connect to a PC and copy all your music and photos..
2. Boot your phone into fastboot (power button + vol up)
3. Open de CMD window in your folder where ASB was installed.
4. Type fastboot format userdata
5. Reboot the phone. Now, you can place the files you want into the phone and the TWRP will be able to see them.
Luck!

Seems to Install you need to use flash command instead boot. Boot command runs the recovery only once.

right! with boot the phone will only boot once in the chosen image (of course you can repeat that method as often as you want to), but if you want to boot into twrp repeatedly and there is no reason not to flash it you should flash the image, that will save time

I did this, then booted into stock and connected to MTP, transferred the zip again, and rebooted back into recovery to flash. It was an extra step, but it worked.
