Bricked S6 EDGE - Galaxy S6 Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

ok so i tried to install http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/samsung-galaxy-s-6--s-6-edge-unified-development/rom-xtrestolite-deodexed-mod-edition-1-3-t3119968
But ended up in a brick , so i downloaded 5.0.2 stock fw , and tried one with Odin but it failed
So i think its because of the invalid "Baseband Version" but my phone is bricked , so anyway to know my Baseband version ? just so i can download its stock fw .
Before trying to install the ROM i was on 5.1.1 custom ROM but i forgot what it was ..
Any help is appreciated.ASAP
I have TWRP Recov.

You can't load an MM rom with L bootloader. Probably that's why it doesn't boot further.

It will fail because you was on 5.1.1 and you tried to downgrade and install 5.0.2.
Just download stock firmware from sammobile and flash via odin.
What region are you?

Bricked Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge International version (SM-G825F)

I need help to unbrick my phone. Here are the details of my phone and things I did before it became useless.
- Version: Updated version of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Marshmallow Android 6.0.
- replaced its recovery with TWRP via odin (3.10.6)
- install a ROM with the use of TWRP recovery.
- After rooting my phone and flashing a new rom via TWRP, I can't use my phone's physical buttons.
I also tried full-wipe installation of Custom rom and I got the same issue. I tried restoring it to a stock rom, but it always says "Fail".
Do you guys have any suggestions how can I fix my phone?
Which rom did you flash?
What point in odin does it fail?
I take it you have G925F? Not G8.
Whats your region and what firmware did you try to flash (stock)

Thank you for your reply. Here are my answers:
-I flashed "CarHDRom" to my phone using TWRP 3.0.
- Yes, 825F is just a typo, G925F is the correct model name. I double checked it in the box.
- Philippines, and I already downloaded the firmware that you suggested in another post about softbricked g925F (G925FXXU3DPAD_G925FOXA3DPAD_XEU).

I would first try with odin v 3.10.7 not 3.10.6.
Make sure you have origional cable and debug mode is on in dev options.
If this fails look for the firmware in the picture. Download and flash that.
Any problems let me know

Still Fail after trying different original Samsung Cable. Please check my attachment.
By the way, where can I see that? Can you share the link for me?

I suggest TWRP. Make a full Nandroid back up before just incase. But if anything goes wrong you can just flash that stock back to fix.
I would root first with cf autoroot.
Then flash your ROM.
Do a full wife when rom installer asks as this is safest way.
If it bootloops just wait.
Glad i can help
Well it looks like CarHDRom is not compatible with my phone. Tried flashing it twice and I waited for 30mins of booting but it doesn't continue.

[SM-G925F] Downgrade from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1 problems.

Hi guys,
I tried to downgrade from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1 but i've encountered many problems :
As always , i tried to download an official firmware from sammobile after i flashed it with odin and i received a lot of FAILS.
(i've tried many 5.1.1 official firmwares but nothing)
So i restored my phone flashing again this one (6.0.1) : G925FXXU4DPGW_G925FITV4DPH1_G925FXXU4DPGW_HOME
So , i tried to flash a recovery and flashed some official stock zip roms (UNI-STOCK ROM ) but nothing because after rebooting into system i receive a stucked screen of s6-edge logo with written in the upper-left corner : KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING.
After reading many threads, articles and so on .. i've seen (from what i understand ) that probably is not possible to downgrade due to a too-much-updated bootloader but maybe i'm saying bullsh**
I don't know really what to do , can you help me ? thanks.
P.s = i'm attaching what i can read from download mode : http://imgur.com/a/Wr2yB
you can flash firmware with bootloader 4, downgrade isn't possible anymore, it will fail in odin

Hi callumbr1 ;
in fact my device is live demo unit on 5.1.1 rom, and there is so many problems and difficulty to flash newer ROM versions like 6 or 7 because of it's boot loader , i tried all what in forums , the greatest problem with custom ROMs is that my phone sticks on boot screen !
on the other hand , i find out flash a full back up is so use full to do that without any difficulty an problems as i flashed an android nougat backup from an nexus device and that was successfully installed with out boot loader problems but not stable.
so i found i could upgrade my device to a stable ROM 6 or 7 with out any problems in that way

all problems are because of live demo unit bootloader .
i need to change it by a normal bootloadr version to upgrade os but as it is live demo unit there is no permission to change it .
i said the only way to change it is use a twrp back up file .
if there is only a system and boot loader back up file by twrp it will solve
Please can someone bring me android 6/7/8 for g925x - galaxy 6 edge live demo unit?

It can be done if you extract the .tar files with 7z zip program
And use tar program again to create tar files I have been using it like that for experimental purposes and to fix my Galaxy S6 with it
Oh sorry Custom ZIP rom can be flashed only on TWRP
I was confused
