Called Amazon, spoke with a supervisor and then a manager. They told me they are not expecting the 64gb model for 4 to 7 weeks. ASUS has not provided them with an ETA and only a window of sometime in late January.
PURE SPECULATION BELOW:
It looks like ASUS did not produce any 64gb models in order to push out the 32gb models and I would venture to say they haven't even started production of them yet.
Since it seems AT&T has already started shipping some phones out, i thought it would be great to start one of these and kind of get a sense of how ATT is shipping these things out
simply post the status of your order here in this format.

Also, please be aware there is a mis-print showing the device has Android version 4.4.

I was a little on the fence about getting the Mate 2 because I have preordered the Samsung Note 4 (the pen, 4K video, high rez screen, etc) plus I was hoping to get the Mate 7 but with all the confusion about frequencies and availability and Fry's lower price I figured I would take a chance. I was torn between the white and black one, the black one seems to have better back side gripability but I went with white because it looks a bit more cool and "happier."

After much trying I was able to place an order for 256GB in black. I kind of wanted the yellow/gold one, but it was only showing that color in 128GB, so I went for black/stormy.

I ordered from Germany and there was no 256 GB option for the "normal" 6 at all
I finally got the checkout page and it said delivery November 23rd. I didn't see my trade-in offer either which was selected. So I went back and ordered again and got the trade in package along with a deliver date of October 30 - Nov 2. Cancelled original order and now back in business.

Is that for the buds? My buds come then, the P6 follows the 27th or 28th.
I ordered 256GB blue colour from Samsung UK. Estimated delivery 4 weeks, no date given it's been a week almost.
Networks seem to be giving different delivery dates some say 25th Feb others stating March!

Why I went for plus rather then ultra?
I prefer flat screen and the rounded corners had enough of curved screens and dislike boxy look. Will miss the QHD screen but it's a trade off

I ordered the 256GB in Graphite from Samsung UK. Also got a 4 weeks delivery estimate.
I'm updating from a S20 - yes, I'll lose the SD storage, but I'm hoping the bigger finger reader will be an improvement - my S20 has really poor face and fingerprint recognition - it's a major irritation, and I've tried all the tweaks... coming from the HTC series, that was a major disappointment.
Samsung say there's a 21 day returns policy, so it's worth a try.
My green S22+ is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday the 22nd. I'm not in the UK though.
