Using my new LeEco Max 2 for 2 weeks now, I have tried different networks ORANGE, SFR, FREE ... For all the different networks I have data but FREE
How can I double check what is going on ? May I access any engineering mode on the phone ? Perhaps a setting is wrong somewhere ...?

OK I got the answer. FREE does not accept IMEI beginning with 86 only 35.
How may I change the IMEI ?

My IMEI begins by 86 and my phone works on Free with Sim in slot one, APN managed.

If u switch to HSPDA / 3G, is still working? Or only LTE?

I've previously had full signal and best data connection with other providers and my coverage is shows as the highest.
I was wondering if others have had this problem and if it could have been made worse by rooting and changing firmware.

i think it is hardware fault. I tried rooting thinking it might fix the issue by flashing some custom rom but didnt help. get it replaced.
Im also on Vodafone in UK. Flashed the Omega v5.1 Rom and no issues so far.

I tried doing this with the firmware given for vodaphone UK, however whenever i try it odin freezes when checking MD5 and "stops responding", does not allow me to complete the process. I am carrying out the process the same way i have before so im not sure why this is happening.

"with other providers", are you saying that your last phone was fine on say Orange, but since getting your S3 on Vodafone it's worse, or were you previously on Vodafone.
I've had no problems since upgrading on Voda from the GS2 to 3, but if you've come from another network it will be different.
I was previously on virgin using a HTC Desire HD, and the reception was perfect. Even after talking to them today they said that my coverage should be high speed in my area, however I'm shocked to the fact people cannot even get calls through to me in my own home now and then.
I tried flashing the Vodaphone firmware but it freezes and does not complete due to odin "not responding". When I flash another firmware now currently XXLF2 it works fine.

I bought myself a Samsung Galaxy S3 from the internet, however all text was in Chinese. That itself wasn't a problem as I managed to change to English, however there are still some Chinese letters/words in the Settings menu etc. The Play Store doesn't appear to be the correct store either and it came with tons of free apps, all in Chinese.
What would be the simpliest/easiest way to put a stock or custom UK (or even US) rom on this so its entirely in English?
I've tried googling/youtube but there are many many ways to do it, and all seem complicated or you end up with broken links or files etc.

I have a sneaking suspicion you haven't got a genuine S3 could you post more details or even some pictures with the back removed ?

You don't have an i9300 I'm afraid. Take a look in the back under the battery cover do you have dual sim slots ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 Three.co.uk Version i have been using this cell for more then a year now But last night i have update the cell phone from 2.3.4 to 4.2.1 every thing is working Fine but now when i start my cell it say Sim network is locked but before the update there was no sim network lock i have searched the internet the two ways i have found is 1.root my cell and use a app called GalaxyS sim unlocked or pay for sim unlock. i have purchased this cell form some random person and he did't tell me that this is a locked cell or not so plz guide me on this issue.
If i have to root my cell could u plz navigate me to the best guide for the root and if there is an other way PLz Do tell.

Thx for ur Replay but i have done all those things i have rooted my device and tryed those app GalaxyS sim Unlock and the other one but still no use the phone is still asking for Network Unlock Code still searching but cant seem to find any thin still if u know any other way do tell me i even have changed my cell OS to ICS built for my Country Model but no use.:crying:

So my S2 wont register on network anymore, It sometimes find a network but only if i have ROAMING enabled but it still not help.
the phone works fine on Wireless n such but not with a SIM-Card in it.
I have done these steps so bare with me:
Fully updated my Android versions
Restore to fabricated settings
Tried the APN settings, No luck
Tried the SIM in other phones, Work flawless.
Now my last hope is that maybe the problem lies in the phone's room, or something in that direction.
Btw this is a phone that has been sold and bought here in Norway but after a friend took it to thailand and got back from there the phone has'nt been working as intended.
Any thoughts?

I followed the guide above to installed KID or VKL1 modem using CWM , even it says successful, I still can't see any HSPA or 1700 network.
Moreover my USSD code *#2263# doesn't work either. Ussd code *#06# works which shows me the IMEI number.
I am not sure what else to do, or am I doing somethng wrong. After installing those modems whenever I goto Mobile networks it gives error" Error showing networks or something like that"
Please help me to give me right direction to install this AWS modem so I can use my phone on Wind.

I'm assuming you're in an area with 4g network. Try setting up an your APN. Under settings, more, network type
