I have a samsung galaxy S3 SCL21.. I have wondering.. Is there any custom rom for this device? I want to play pokemon go as this device obly has android 4.1.2 updated.. I would like to try porting a Cyanogenmod 13 SC06D rom to this device.. Any tips?

Samsung won't give us KitKat that's sure...But maybe some developers will make a CM11 a like Stock Kitkat version...Nobody knows.

First, The Device has its own section.
Second, Seeing the device and reading its specifications on websites I read that Samsung released it with 4.1.2 and has not released an update for higher android version so far.

It is too sad. Why Samsung makes no effort to update its devices ? We, the unfortunate owners of Galaxy Grand Neo Plus are then condemned to remain on Android KitKat . Provided there are developers who can give a second life to our side yet not so bad configuration devices.
