OEM Unlock in Developer Options - Elephone P9000 Questions & Answers

I'm currently running Aerom and the OEM unlock option does not allow flashing recovery via fastboot although I'm sure I've done it in the past with either stock or CM13.
Can someone on stock please confirm wether OEM unlock works?

CM13 bootloader issue

I have version 0323 of this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/one.../rom-cyanogenmod-13-x-oneplus-x-onyx-t3279784 installed and I dont have custom recovery flashed I just boot into TWRP whenever I need to. Today I decided to flash 4K camera mod, but when I tried to boot into TWRP and abd said this (see picture). I've used a lot of different roms before this one and i've never had any problems with this.
It is a unoffical CM13 rom and I have unlocked my bootloader with fastboot oem unlock command and I have checked enable OEM unlock in the developer options. So should I try to unlock bootloader again?
Your bootloader is obviously locked. Try and see if you can unlock it via fastboot.

To relock the bootloader, just flash an official miui fastboot rom via miflash and you're done....
If you have unlocked officially, you can just unlock your bootloader anytime without asking permission from xiaomi again...
If you have unlocked your device unofficially, repeat the steps you did for unlocking your device or unlock officially.....

I see many asking how to Relock Bootloader, especially those who had unlocked unofficially.

The steps to be followed are following:
(1) Turn on USB debugging for your phone;
Go to Settings -- About Phone --> Touch 7 times on "MIUI version" to Enable Developer Options.
Now go to Settings - Additional Settings - Developer Options --> USB debugging.
Enable USB Debugging and Connect to PC.
(2) Download Fastboot ROM (file extension .tgz or .tar) from
Code:
http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
(3) Boot into EDL
adb devices (to check it's connected)
adb reboot edl
(4) Use MI Flash Tool to Flash the Fastboot ROM
One done it will be locked... To relock follow same steps as done earlier - either official or unofficial

OEM bootloader unlocking problem

Hello,
I can't unlock OEM via the switch at the developer option. It seems open, but when I open fastboot and write fastboot oem device-info , it seems locked.
It seems like the switch has no effect on locking / unlocking OEM
I can't also unlock the OEM with the fastboot commands at the bootloader : fastboot oem unlock-go / fastboot oem unlock / fastboot flashing unlock - with error "remote : OEM unlock not allowed"
Do you have any other ideas?
Heyyo, hmm super weird! Have you tried updating your EUI ROM in case it has some gremlins in it? I was able to unlock mine via developer options.
If you're unable to upgrade EUI I'd recommend a factory reset and try again since unlocking generally wipes out the data partition.

Yes, super weird indeed. I have done a factory reset several times, but the status doesn't change. Everyone has managed it either via developer options or fastboot command. I wonder if there is another alternative doing this. I believe i cant write on to the recovery partition because of it.

That is true. Bootloader must be unlocked in order to flash to recovery.
Just to be safe please read and follow this guide as it is exactly what I did on my Le Max 2

Locking and unlocking bootloader on stock ROM&Recovery

Hi!
What happens if you don't have permission to unlock bootloader and you still try to do it using fastboot oem unlock on Xiaomi Phones?
I have already got the permission and I've rooted my phone, so I didn't really try it because I was simply afraid. Has anybody tested that?
Also, if I relock my bootloader again using fastboot oem lock, will I be able to unlock it using fastboot oem unlock or will I have to use MI tool?
Aaaand the last question - I haven't installed custom rom or TWRP - I booted TWRP using fastboot boot xxx.img, then installed SuperSU package. Is it dangerous to lock bootloader with phone rooted? Recovery is still stock, so ....

how to root vivo Y17

how to root vivo Y17 android 9. I have done a variety of ways. but nothing worked
help me master
I have vivo y17 also
I tried to unlock bootloader using this codes:
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot oem unlock-go
fastboot flashing unlock
fastboot flashing unlock_critical
fastboot bbk vivo_bsp unlock_vivo
Bootloader still locked, so no point of unlocking bootloader
I have theory, might not true, if you install the stock rom of the vivo (yours) and modify some files
Then you manual wipe data, and manual install software that has been modified
I not yet tried that yet
I also have vivo y17 1902
I also try everything from fastboot to every tool to unlock bootloader (fast boot commands also)
Nothing work for me
I think it not working because get_unlock_ability is set to 0 by manufacturer and Turning on OEM unlock will not make get_unlock_ability to 1 and it's because manufacturer is permanently lock bootloader.
I have idea we can just replace stock recovery from firmware to custom recovery (twrp) simple then we don't even need to unlock bootloader and we can flash magick .
