They are the same device with different modem and baseband so the system is working for both phones

Wifi works with new MA6 Kernel
Root is missing, but you can flash SuperSU 1.93 flashable zip from superuser thread to get root (There wont be a SuperSU app icon after flashing SuperSU - its integrated into Settings menu)
Also the mini-gapps package for cm11 i created works on omnirom
No Button backlight (fixable with Keybord BacklightController)
working on a torch fix now (failed to create a fix)
LiveWallpapers also working:
Confirmed: WiFi is working with new MA6 Kernel.
Will now fetch omniarmv6 sources to my buildserver and try to fix torch.
Already submitted a potentially fix to team omniarmv6 a few days ago but it wasnt merged or tested by team omniarmv6 yet.

Wait a minute. The problem may be related to "warnings" beeing considered as "errors" and de makefile/script stops compilation.
What about trying "make update-api" and build again?
Anyway I advise you I'm not an expert in java/android. I work in C/C++/Fortran and so.

Only in the form of a custom ROM.
LG didn't even release 5.1 or 6.0.

How can't you understand.. None of ROM is fully bug free. No system is safe.
So it is logically that CM removed "release" builds.
Uhm, lol. There are certainly devices where they got every piece of hardware working. And that is what I mean. And I am somehow certain that we won't ever get a ROM like this, just like it was the case with my Xperia P.

I see on nougat dual window new feature(for g2m small screen not needed),all other similar with marshmallow
With g2m there's a dual windows on 6.0 but I don't use it. Its not comfortable to use

And cm14 will have many changes in camera...
It needed not so many changes in configs as cm-13. At the moment not working video recording and mobile data. Will publish soon for test on your D620 models.

My main goal is to get wp10 or win-rt booted up
in case you might want to test it yourself the install prozess is easy as long as you are on a rom that is compatible with the lineageos kernel
IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DEAS SDCARDS ETC OR BRICKED PHONES DO ALL AT YOUR OWN RISK
HOW TO INSTALL
1. Download the lk.img and uefi_boot.img from AFH
2. Connect your device in fastboot mode and type fastboot boot lk.img
3. Once you see a lot of lines and a penguin type fastboot flash uefi_boot.img
4. Type fastboot reboot

its a implimentation of the UEFI bootloader for android so basicly its a gigant multiboot hack and you dont need a custom kernel etc like for multirom

its better you do nothing [emoji37]
its another dual boot patcher for those that dont understand what this is. It helps you choose which rom to boot to.
I haven't used it so i don't know how it's done. It either patch the bootloader, either set a link to the bootloader to boot to their app before boot, to choose which rom to boot to.

Im assuming this is for h815 only. None with locked bootloaders?

Yeah only uocked and h815 I have quite a lot of g4s but only h815 and never do a device you don't own

How do you end up with "quite a lot of g4's" ?
It would be great to make this a multi OS device that could include non android Linux's in their own instances, and the windows thing as well. Watching with great interest. Good stuff.

Im sorry, but I don't found a forum section about Z2.
So There's any custom/cooked Rom available for this device?
Is it possible root and unlock this smartphone and install the modded Google Camera?

Great phone. Will make my ROMs and all for it soon. So eragon is coming for umi z2 soon

Yup. Already rooted and my Eragon Rom is in testing phase.
Also twrp will be there soon .

Eragon Rom is based on the stock ROM with my improvements /tweaks/mods and fixes.
But as skelet I use the stock ...
The other roms that will come from me,
Like pixel experience , resurrection remix and lineage
Are based on Android 8.1 and Android 9 AOSP
all this isn't easy and it will take some time
But I will try my best ..
So ,yeah soon our z2 will be very great

Excelent news, and with a developer like you this phone will be awsome !!!
i will take the Z2 Specialversion testing, i will suply as mutch i can as soon as i got the device!
S5K2P7 sensors and less ram, praying that's still comon with the rest of the architecture...

So can anyone help us root this phone right now?
Had mine for weeks now and I'm surprised there's no info on how to root it yet.
I'm not bothered yet about a rom, I just want to root it with twrp.
