Well thing is thermals turn off cores at certain temps so could it yes ,has it during testing no..
Instructions:: Flash in recovery(Profit)
Now question -- Where can I find these settings. (Root Browser of choice) system/etc/thermal config.

So is this like a kernel? Does it shut cores off at a higher temp threshold?

No it's not a kernel it controls when thermal kicks in..So I bumped some of the values because they were very low..U will notice a performance difference right away in my opinion.

You do know that Samsung admitted to messing with their source code for benchmarking apps so that your device will get the better of the scores right?

All Samsung did was optimize there cpu's to go to full power on benchmarks which is not cheating (no overclock no added performance).... Instead of sitting idle like other phones as soon as the app launchs its game on mode lol. Which i think instead of optimizing for benchmarks they should worry about the UI and system performance

Nexus 10 2013 Picts?

Are their any pictures of the new Nexus 10 2013 version floating around anywhere by chance?
I haven't seen any nor have I heard anything leak wise or speculative on it.
Sent from my Nexus 10 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Which to me indicates that the Nexus 10 2 will not be coming out anytime soon, or rather this month anyway. I bet the Nexus 5 is launched in the next few days, but the 10 I'm sure is at least a month off. Usually before something comes out, you get some sort of pictures etc of what it may look like a week or so before it comes out. But in the case of the Nexus 10 2, their has been zero pictures of any kind posted or leaked.
Yeah. I just hope Samsung is making it. But I've heard rumors that Asus is.

Yeah it sucks if they are. But honestly I probably won't get it unless it has at least 64 gb of storage and a better screen. I'm perfectly content with the current Nexus 10. It does everything I need it to perfectly. More storage space would be cool, but I don't really need it with my otg.

It would be cool if something could get released without months of leaks. It's more fun on Christmas not knowing what you're getting.

This is likely a false render, look carefully at the position of the front facing camera. It is on the side like phones or some small tablets. Also why would a 10" tablet be shown in portrait mode when that size is almost always used in landscape?
Also it looks like it isn't 16:10 screen ratio... Fake

any chance of getting this to work with the sprint variant?
I wanted to test for battery leaks so I left my phone unplugged all night. A full 7 hours of sleep and I wake up to find my phone used, get this, 7% of my battery while I was sleep (wifi, bluetooth, and gps were still on and I'm OC'd at 2.88Ghz). I was just trying to test the limits on this kernel and to my amazement, it's very well built and I haven't found ANY issues.
I will be donating on Friday dev!
I think this kernel will make any aosp rom better.
Great job dev!!

That would be the icing on the cake...
He did say its a prototype and anyhow there are dual sims like Moto X Style however not in the US or UK but a moto X Style is sold as a dual sim phone in Brazil.
So my guess would be its the same situation here, no dual sim for majority of countries but dual sim for maybe India etc. Pure guess but dont expect dual sim if your in the US or UK lol.
something tells me that may only be on the international model

That's correct but they have global roaming at no charge for data, texting and calling. So in theory you cna use it anywhere if you have a US address and are 'traveling'

Its a Google acting as a MNVO (US only) but they allow global roaming data/calls. You pay the same rate for data that you do in the US if you travel which is nice. Google uses Sprint and T-Mobile's networks plus WiFi and will connect you to whichever one is better at any given moment. They use WiFi calling as well which is supported by T-Mobile.
