Hello guys, im facing a problem that i cannot use internet when sharing from my other phone, a redmi 2. Neither can use internet when sharing from S3 to redmi. When sharing from redmi to s3, the device doesnt connect and stays in loop trying to connect but no sucess. When sharing from s3 to redmi my phone connects but with no internet. WiFi and 3g (4g on redmi) works perfectly in both phones and hotspot works perfectly in other phone when sharing from my redmi.
Im using RR 6.0 and boeffla kernel, tried to clean flash rr but no sucess.
had anyone got into a problem like this? Any kind of help is appreciated :good:

Recently got my 5.0 and been having a strange problem with using the wifi hotspot from my phone. When I was testing the player in the store I used my hotspot fine. But since buying my own, it seems to disconnect immediately. Is there a problem with this player being unable to use hotspots?

Did you try forgetting the network and reconnecting? Maybe the WiFi was also temporarily down. Maybe it also has some internal protection (in other words not WEP or WPA) that isn't letting you on there.

Im having an issue with Wifi Tethering.
Everything I use my Wi-Fi Tethering it connects then after a few mins it disconnects.. Its quite annoying...
Im using SGS3 Stock ROM (rooted) with Stay Awake
And im using MacBook Pro late 2011
Anyone here have a solution to this problem?
Solution found: (maybe not applicable to all)
After installing this application Wifi Scanner (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer)
I saw that there are lots of AP in my location and found out i have conflicts with one of the AP.
I changed my channel on wireless and it works!
Now im able to use WIFI Tethering without disconnection.
I hope this one could help users out there!

now i connect to WiFi good now i have internet when i finish internet and close wifi after hours i open WiFi again no internet why that ?
my brother have s3 too and no problem with WiFi Like me
i test many rom same problem and i restart the router and same problem

i have a problem, my wifi only allows for around 3mbit/s connection, mobile data works perfectly fine, but its slow on wifi? rom is the latest stock miui12

Hey guys, I have just received my realme gt 5G, and I can connect to WiFi but it says that the WiFi doesnt have access to the Internet, that's imposible since I have all the other devices connected without any problema whatsoever. Could tell me pls if this bug is fixable? Thanks

Try to connect to a different wifi. Also you could enable th wifi hotspot on another phone and try to connect to it vith your GT.
