Many have tried it and said screen gets off and it thus didn't work

As said before.....the theme is made for stock roms only. It may work on some custom roms but the chances are very less.

1)delete systemui.odex and secsettings.odex.
2)flash the given zip.
It works fine on stock rom
and i am using it.

We discussed this before that Samsung used on whole firmwares united Arab Emirates language/fonts on all other Arabic fw like European etc so the probs its caused by rom dev or at least with SysUI..
