What about CM14 for Moto E LTE

Thanks sir.....how to test ril....do wee need to have dual sim??? @squid2

First of all awesome work!
I have just clean flashed the latest build without gapps on my Otus XT1506. I must say Rom is pretty smooth and animations are more smoother.
Working - Display, Wifi, front&back camera, audio, video playback, CMActions is also working.
Not working - RIL, video recording
About RIL- Sim cards are not detectable. Reinsertion also doesn't help.
Will be happy to test more builds.

@squid2 You have mentioned that single sim works. Does it mean that one sim will work even on the dual sim version of otus, or does it mean that RIL for only single sim devices is working currently? I have a dual sim version so if one sim works, i would love to test this ROM out

RIL cuestion
The single SIM RIL included phone calles and gsm internet? Cause im getting signal but if i want to calle anyone the phone reboot :/ (sorry forma bad english)

I don't think so!! I am using Dual sim version (Xt1506) and Dual SIM RIL is broken.

Great work, @squid2 . I did try it out, Awesome smooth.
Eager to see future builds on this.
As mentioned, RIL is a lot buggy. In my case, Single SIM RIL did not work. Video Recording does not happen.
Also, I faced some problems with USB for file transfer, some folders weren't showing up on PC. Anyone else?

[Kernel/ROM][LOLLIPOP 5.1.1][09/26][G3 Dual SIM][D857/8/8HK/9]source for Mokee and CM

Hi ,G3 Dual SIM model guys:
Today I bring the Mokee and Cyanogenmod kernel source for G3 dual SIM models, such as D857/8/8HK,
For CIS GSM model D856 maybe are also suitable, but need developers double check and test.
For Dual SIM model device and vendor source code , there still have so much bugs, so these source code will be released later
how to use it:
1.git clone source code to your Cyanogenmod and Mokee open source project
2. edit the Dual SIM model config name to suit for your project
3. build it.
updating..
the source code: https://github.com/joyoki/android_kernel_lge_g3
It's open for any developers to fork and update this code to make LG G3 dual-SIM model better
About ROM:
@piaoxue99 will charge and update the MOKEE and CyanogenMod for us.
Thanks for his great job!

My repo source is here...https://github.com/qqzwc/android_device_lge_d859
MMM,batttery, wifi,bt,nfc, usb debugging ...everything works fine except NO SIM,NO SIGNAL
I've modified some overlays, but still useless. Did you change its ril class?
And after I tried this rom. I found that it can detect sim1 (LG D859)
Dear qqzwc::
this code was just to bring up dual SIM features on kernel, though it already support Dual SIM features , if you want to make them work well, you also need fix on device and vendor code. as I said, these codes still have so many bugs, I will release them after Middle-autumn festival until codes stabled
for radio not work, please refer to piaoxue99' solution
solution 1:do below adb command
$ setprop ro.multl.rild true
$stop ril-daemon
$start ril-daemon
$satrt ril-daemon
solution2:edit the NV use Qualcomm QXDM tool - NV browser , edit 04398 NV value from 0 to 1
by the way @piaoxue99 also try to build dual SIM model rom,you can talk with him.

I started working on CyanogenMod 12.1 back at the 1st of Setember 2015. I took my time, alternating with real life things and other projects, and I finally came up with a reliable and fully stable build. It's all my work, and it has nothing to do with other CyanogenMod ROMs that you can find for Moto X Play. Instead for basing myself on other devices I directly fetched the latest CAF MSM8916 (MSM8916_32) device tree and worked out this new device from scratch thanks to the latest Motorola firmwares. It also use a lite and updated kernel.
CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 5.1 (Lollipop), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
What's working :

This uses a different device tree based directly off the CAF MSM8916_32 branch, whereas Squid uses an adapted Osprey/Surnia/Condor/so on tree. Also, this build uses the stock Motorola kernel with a few minor changes.

Sailfish OS (also styled as SailfishOS or abbreviated to SFOS) is a mobile operating system combining the Linux kernel for a particular hardware platform use, the open-source Mer core middleware, a proprietary UI contributed by Jolla, and other third-party components.
It's a beautiful OS developed by the Jolla and the mer team. The UI is totally guesture based. So say good bye to your boring Android navigation bar. The OS is fast and butter smooth with zero lags. This is a totally new experience and certainly a delightful one from the same old boring mundane Android which has had almost the same UI since 5.0 .
Flashing Process:
Note: This has to be flashed over CyanogenMod 12.1
1. Download CyanogenMod 12.1: CM 12.1(Download it from here. Looks like CM servers are officially down.)
2. Download Sailfish OS 2.0: Sailfish 2.0
3. Wipe cache, dalvik cache system and data. Copy the two ROMs to your phone.
4. Flash CM 12.1 first, then Sailfish 2.0 .
5. Wait. It doesn't have a bootanimation yet so it will stay on the bootlogo for a while (5 mins max)
Bugs:
This is an alpha release. There are some bugs that will be fixed in a while. Here are the bugs:
1. Camera doesn't work.
2 Bluetooth doesn't work
3. Earphones don't work.
4. Calling feature might not work. Although you can recieve calls, you might not be able to hear anything.

Trick to use android apps
Not very convenient but you can use android apps. You have to restart everytime you want to use android. I will be providing two more images available in the links below (boot.img and hybris-boot.img).
When ever you want to use android, just flash boot.img via recovery. Similarily, flashing hybris-boot.img will take you back to sailfishOS. A little inconvinient, but until i try to get sfdroid support, this is the best catch.
So flash like this:
CM12
Gapps 5.1 (ARM) ----- (This so that you will have GPlay functionality when you go to android).
SFOS
boot-otus.img
hybris-boot-otus.img

Surnia might take a while...stay tuned though...
It may be useful to mirror the last CM12.1 snapshot to prepare for when the CM download servers go down. Also, if you'd like, when I have time, I can backport fixes for security and device specific bugs and compile a better CM12.1 base. You would then be able to rebase your Sailfish sources off the updated device specific CM bits too.

Great Idea!! for the time being, i will make a mirror. When you come back and have access to your PC, you could get it fixed even better!

I have installed otus and am running it right now.
Although I miss many Android apps and WhatsApp, I really don't care for now.
For the OS: It is really fast and smooth. It's like things just happen.
WiFi and Mobile Data is stable, can make calls and receive them with no big of an issue.
Please continue working one it

Thanks!! I'm going to make it more and more stable....
Just curious, will this have the same bugs for surnia that the otus build has now? Looking forward to the release of the surnia build, great work!

Most of the bugs will be fixed for otus. Surnia and otus have very similar hardware so porting won't be a herculean task, but will take a wee bit of time. Maybe end of this month? And bugs might be same or less or more. Most likely less or same.
Cheers!
Nice work dude. I'll be looking forward to the surnia version!
It would be excellent to have this on surnia

I do not know how to make log report. All the roms must have at least basic things like TV cast, gps, etc. On any of your 5 pie roms or others, TV cast is not available. So please add TV cast.
Thanks brother

any audio mode for this rom, sound is very bad
@sanchitrohilla Great work..Oreo and pie ROMs on yureka came true because of you..your efforts are immense and fruitful.. Thanks lot:good:
Having unsolved doubt..why ROMs developed from your tree source refused to boot on enforcing mode..?Any suggestion..? ROM boots only on permissive mode..how to enable enforcing mode ?
So far tried unofficial builts of lineage oreo..RR oreo..etc..as far as i know all developers have used your tree sources in common..
