Survey says..... #1 answer is NO.
You need to be running 2.3.2, check for the applicable flashes to downgrade in the sticky threads, and double-check everything first. I believe SuperOneClick includes the GingerBreak method, which works on the GSM versions of 2.3.2. That hole was patched in 2.3.3 (and for 2.3.2 for USA CDMA version on Verizon Wireless).

Maybe if the "noobs" followed the rules, and didnt spam development with stupid questions, they would be able to find the relevent development thread with the answers to there questions and the op isnt a noob, he has made nearly 160 posts he should know the forum rules
When you have subscribed to the Dev forum waiting for something to happen in the dev field (which finally seems to be the case) it is a bit... style-cramping to see this kind of posts, so to say.

TBH, if you have a Q, last it in the general section. They should only allow certain members to post in the developers section!

Maybe only letting certain people start new threads in development would be an epic idea
Yea I agree with AndroHero this dev section is starting to just fill up with new threads asking questions that should be asked in the general section something needs to be done about it its just cluttering this whole section up

[Q] Is anyone still actively working on Android?

Is anyone still actively working on putting Android on this thing, or has the momentum passed?
I have been out of the forums for a while and am trying to get caught up quickly.
Thanks.

General - Question & Answer section is not a place where everyone can open a new thread with the own question. It is needed to search before, read the sticky threads, read the wikis, read and read once again, and post in an existing thread, if necessary. Repetitive topics will be deleted/closed without previous notice. Topics like 'urgent help' or 'do I brick my phone?' and so will be deleted/closed. Infractions issued to reiterative members. Remember XDA-Developers.com is about development. Thanks for your cooperation. Best regards,

Sprint LG G3 Vigor

Does anyone know of a root and recovery for this phone yet? I've tried Stump Root and it does not work on the G3 Vigor. Its pretty much the same phone as the regular G3 but a little smaller. Please help.

Wrong thread completely. And that phone is absolutely NOTHING like the G3 in any way other than the fact that they are both made by LG. Different SoC, different amount of ram, different screen, different modem. No recovery would come close to working correctly on your phone if its meant for the G3. Please post questions in the Q&A section.
Everyone please end this Now. A mod from this section will correct the location of the thread. The answer to his question was already provided, the rest of the chatter is unnecessary.

Hey, since you are a moderator i would like to ask and see if you could add the LG G3 Vigor to the device forum list. I am just saying this because there are plenty of topics and posts of this device in the wrong forum's. I honestly think it would clean the LG G3 forums a bit more plus it would help the developers with this phone so they can post their recoverys, roms, mods, ect. Thank you for your time and hopefully you can help.

Unfortunately I am not a MOD in this section, also that would be an administrative decision and not a Moderators decision but I would assume if there was a need it would have already been done.
We the mods in our section will usually make the requests based on needs.
