does the DRM-fix also fix mirrorscreen(mirrorlink) and remote play(ps4)?

Hey man works great! Your Xposed link is broken though. Keep up the good work!
As an aside you can flash the Xposed framework zip through flashfire and use XDA Labs and it'll work fine without the Xposed Installer

Thanks for feedback!

Tried to flash it with the indicated procedure above (after unlocking the bootloader).
I'm stuck in the white screen with the Xperia logo changing colors. Any ideas?
Edit: never mind, my bad. I flashed this in .292, that generated the error. Flashed the entire .301 with flashtool, then flashed this and now it works.

Any news for the Nougat?
No rush for me, I'm still waiting for Xposed for N. But I was curious.
Oh also, SuperSu keeps on trying to update binaries, tried to flash the latest with flashfire but nothing. No biggie, root access still works as usual .
Thanks a lot!!!

Could one of the experts build a modified root kernel for 34.2.A.0.311 (F5121/Sony Xperia X) ?
I am looking for some time after that kernel, but obviously no one has yet done that root kernel for now !?

since su is embedded in the kernel, you should not have UPDATED it from 2.78 to 2.82r5 from playstore, it wont update binaries! but su will still work
if you are on LATEST build / 34.3.A.0.252 / Android 7.1.1 (N) then you may consider flashing the following kernel.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-x/how-to/root-xperia-x-f5122-android-n-34-2-2-47-t3594502
it doesn't have any Root Guard and hance you after flashing (recovery) TWRP you may flash any of the following from twrp
1. superSU or
2. Magisk or
3. SuperUserr259

[RECOVERY][UNOFFICIAL][Z2/Z3/Z3C] TWRP 3.0.2-0 for XZDualRecovery (LP) & RecRoot (MM)
Updated TWRP 3.0.2-0 for XZDualRecovery (LP) and RecRoot (MM)
First of all - This is the work of master @shoey63 who build this from Omnirom tree and made several very usefull changes!
Visit his original post for more details and give him a thanks as well!
All what I did is modifing partition layout to backup TA and LTALabel partitions also.
Furthermore I did some tests for Z3C on LP and made this installer.
EDIT: For sure RecRoot has already TWRP (also 3.0.2-0 Recovery from shoey63) but this is a slightly different version (with TA Backup). Actually I only made this that users with MM do not run into problems...
Whats needed
Z2/Z3/Z3C LP with XZDualRecovery installed
or
Z2/Z3/Z3C MM with RecRoot installed
Installation
Flash ZIP via recovery - What a surprise...
Thanks to
@shoey63
@[NUT]
@Wolfbreak
and for sure thanks goes to TeamWin for developing TWRP
Info
20160507 - Removed Z3C_TWRP_3.0.2-0_for_XZDR.zip due to installer problem with older XZDR installations. Use V02 now.
20160513 - V03 - Added support for MM with RecRoot (http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/wip-sony-android-6-0-mm-t3337357)
20160526 - V04 - Now with universal installer for Z2, Z3 and Z3C - It installes automatically the correct recovery for your device!
20160621 - V05 - Added "z2", "z3" and "z3c" to assert check - Some recovery are using this for "ro.product.device"

Please test V02. And report! This should work for old and new XZDR now
SLiM usesd "old" XZDR installation folder to system/bin - That was the reason.

This is a bit strange because MM has its recovery in folder /system/etc/mm_twrp_recovery/ - If RecRoot is used
And this is actually not part of my script....
But for sure you can copy recovery.twrp.cpio.lzma manually to this folder /system/etc/mm_twrp_recovery/ for MM (if RecRoot is used)
But it would not be to much hassle to integrade recovery prosition for MM to installer script also.
when i install busybox or xposed zip i cant find recovery
UPDATE
20160526 - V04 - Now with universal installer for Z2, Z3 and Z3C - It installes automatically the correct recovery for your device!
@fluffi444 hey, is it possible that the infamous wifi drops on Z3c MM are somehow connected to RecRoot?

Actually I wonder why you ask here. This is only about a bit updated TWRP Recovery for already installed TWRPs setups.
To be honest (and even if I do not know it in particular): I don't think so...
But I'm still on LP and will stay there for longer time - So actually I'm not in the position so say anything regarding this...
20160621 - V05 - Added "z2", "z3" and "z3c" to assert check - Some recoveries are using this for "ro.product.device"

Actually this depends not on the firmware but on the way the Recovery was installed originally.
It's compatible if you have already your recovery in here: /system/etc/mm_twrp_recovery/recovery.twrp.cpio.lzma
Like it is for RecRoot and this quite new way: http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-compact/general/recovery-root-mm-575-lb-t3418714
It's not compatible if you use FOTA Recovery.

You must downgrade and root your phone. After that flashing TWRP Recovery and superuser. After that you can backup your DRM Keys. Look at the Forum, there is an big Thread for that.

Thank you for your reply. Yah I have managed to make it work but in Magisk v10.2 Safety Net validation fails (CTS mismatch)

Someone earlier have found out that if SafetyNet has to be passed on Xperia devices, UBL or LBL is both okay, but most importantly it need an untouched /system, no root, no Xposed. Just the stock system.

No issues here mate maybe you need to enable internet and re open magisk again because you need to install any module in magisk itself under downloads/modules.
no one have belong by this i guess, i should never buy XZs, this topic is indeed dead as they say !! really dissapointed and this kernel works also on dual, but thankfull people are hard to find
