Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD
Reboot in Bootloader Mode
Go to "Recovery" (Vol +/Vol -) and confirm (power)
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Install the ROM zip
DO NOT REBOOT
Install the Gapps zip

Supersu yes, xposed not because that needs to be updated for Nougat

If you have a dual sim Moto X Play, this rom will not work as said in OP

Dual sim users using only one sim card can use the above baseband. Works for me.
