It means that mobile data is disabled
Enable it to remove the symbol.

Sorry to bother you guys, i had this game before but due to changing custom rom i already forgot this game, detais are below;
Top view shooting games, with 4 to 5 coop, you have to tap the place for the to take position, you can upgrade each character after the mission. During the mission u can heal your partner .
The weapon is flame thrower, rocker launcher, sniper.

since I switched to CM13 from stock (at ZNH0EAO2NN now), every now and again my Nexus 9 will remain in high power consumption mode, which is enough to burn through battery within a day or less. CyanogenMod would then be listed as the top power consumer. I am attaching the logcat from yesterday when this happened, is there anything obvious in it? Thank you for your help in advance.

Well, according to This post you can change the bootanimation zip file if you are root, but I don't know if those zip files are the same format as what you can find here for example.
That I'd really like to know.
Bootanimation zip should looks something like that inside. If it doesn't then it's most likely flashable zip

I recommend against trying to hack around with splash. It could cause bootloader to fail which means perma-brick (since we can't get EDL access).
If by splash screen you mean that first Poco logo with "unlocked" if you unlock bootloader then in older Android version it was changeable in kernel. Don't know how it's now. And if it didn't boot you just go to fastboot and then flash stock boot.img

if splash did not flash properly. the main splash will be removed and replaced by androids' own splash screen. it DOES NOT cause any bricks!
