stock recovery need!!!
after flashing stock recovery the update was performed well.
But the result is not what i expected.
After Update i have new FW version installed but:
1. Device is no longer rooted
2. Device has a locked bootloader again
So on my opinion the answer a few posts before "works on rooted devices" is not correct.
Yes, update is performed on rooted devices, but after that update root is gone and device is relocked!

I've tried with three different routers. And I'm always having ****ty connection . It's no more than 1mb/s and in all these location the routers provide speeds higher than 30mb/s . The only thing I've done regarding touching system files has been install the TWRP recovery, root and xposed framework.... any help?

I really do hope so, i tried the other day to load Paul Obrien's ROM from ModaCo without much sucess. but the ROM was for 4399 release and i'm on 3883, not a problem i restored back to stock [rom] and started again.
I just have a rooted device with custom recovery installed, and it was all really straight forward i'm just waiting for a rom now.
I dont know if my built is the last.

switch off of ur device
Turn on ur device same time hold both the volume buttons on side
Device will boot in recovery mode
With volume button highlight update device and click ur camera button once
It will run ur update pkg
Make sure u [email protected] up ur apps as it will clear all ur app but it wont delete anything from sd card

Funny thought same link but when i click link posted by me gives that error and when u look at the link closely in broweser its missing /LatestBuild/ from middle
so 404 ERROR is showing up just for that reason i guess
I tend to use my own link to it, so the badly formed url wasn't the reason I was getting 404

I can not do superboot with boot.img,take from modaco.
wait around 10 seconds then plug the device into your PC. The screen display should change to 'FASTBOOT MODE:my streak dont change in fastboot mode.why?

The apk that I posted is from KL1 India release, but it is deodexed. That should be the only difference from yours.

Just boot into CWN - wipe cache and dalvik - install from sd - select your rom - reboot

Why do people just do all the work for people ? He was given the answers and could of done it on his own... Now if it happens again he'll be back on here asking someone else to do his work!! Well im not fussed about the thanks but he should solve his camera problem and he will be able to restore all his information on his phone once connected bck up to kies. And most ppl have a google account for contacts so he would get them bck once sign bck into google acciubt through his phone... Jd job done

Exactly .... They just expect someone to do it for them... Makes me laugh when people download a custom Rom, expect there to be 0 bugs... And when there is, they demand a fix.. Without donating - the cheek of it lol

as title states. my s5 is on the way but it wont be here til thursday
i have a base rom stock/root/deodexed/knox free ready togo but need someone willing to test flash it.
everything is installed by-name instead of by partition numbers so there is 0 chance of a brick it should work on any variant of the s5 other than exynos.
let me know if u got some time and are willing to test flash for me so i can post

nothing to mess up if you arleady are rooted via autoroot then u tripped knox if for some reason rom doesnt work all you have todo is odin the stock tar that is in this forum and reroot with autoroot.
there really isnt much that could go wrong with this build.
only 2 possibilites is see maybe happening is
1. the update binary isnt correct and therefore fails before it even flashs
2. root might not stick during install.
^^ the above is the only possible downfall of installing rom and both will/would be fixed almost instantly
fix for 1. i send a different update binary for u to add to zip and then flash
fix for 2. i look into root not sticking issue and fix it with a second build in meantime u can just flash supersu zip to fix root.
i dont care either way i was just trying to get a deodex zip out there so people can start building mods/roms. my device will be here thursday and if no one has tested by then i will

I'm downloading it now, but it's getting late for me here, and the server I chose is a bit slow. (Actually speeds are jumping all over the place) I don't sleep much, so in a few hours I will flash it and let you know.

@ginoPTB We removed the link due to two reasons:
1.) We have the official firmware for the t-mobile variation that also will allow metro users to use it.
2.)The image was found to contain personal information of mine to which no one is privileged. Therefore, since the above took place, I requested the fix be removed for 24 hours till the other firmware can be uploaded and a link provided.
Sorry that this may have caused a minor inconveince. Tomorrow there will be a flash-able odin image. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

The firmware came in 3 files. I will package them into one and re-upload.
As for now, I have personal matters to attend.

The correct odin would be the latest. As far as the file, we are working on that rigt now. Look for an update in the next 24-48 hours at most. I am hoping that @klabit87 will work his magic for us when it comes down to getting it done completely. He is an awesome dev that has patience, and is wise beyond his years. So, I am asking that everyone does the same and have patience. Thanks again guys.

Only a few minor differences which will be ironed out soon.
We will be making a flashable zip in order to fill in the Metro gaps and replace T-mobile apps with metro.

Hi bauuuuu,
I recently installed this awesome ROM on my device over the stock ROM (S124).
But it so happened that the internal storage just vanished. I had more than 5 GB of internal storage but upon installation, all of that was gone.
When I flashed the Mystic OS ROM, the internal storage vanished.
Attached in the screenshot that says that there are only two types of storage available i.e.
- Phone Storage - 0.98 BG
- SD Card Storage - 30 BG. (My SD Card)
- MISSING??? ->>>> Internal Storage which used to be around 5 GB!!!!!

Also, the Bluetooth address was missing after the flash along with the IMEI number. I managed to get the IMEI number back with by backup of the same. But can you tell me how can I get the Bluetooth Address back?

About the Bluetooth: I read that the Bluetooth address is not available until you switch on the Bluetooth. So, I did that and I could see the Bluetooth address, but then applications that I am using are not able to detect the Bluetooth device. Can you advise on that?

Hello folks. I've been quite a Custom ROM fan for a while. I really appreciate your work, love it. The last time, I installed Mystic OS V5. I liked it very much, nice visual effects and whatnot. Hi. I think there is no better understanding of one firmware then try it yourself.

Its for both markups. You must try what markup you have right now on your phone.
