Best free widget to switch to 3G/2G?

What is the best free widget to switch between 3G/2G. i know there are some widgets with multi functionality such as brightness, 2G, airplane more. Could you point me to such free widget?
Thanks!
WidgetSoid
I like widgetsoid personally, you can have alot of cool setting i use it to replace the power control widget. hope thats what your looking for.
EDIT:
Widgetsoid 2.1 and down
Widgetsoid 2.2
Give this one a whirl, takes the power widget and adds more options:

Well I tried both of the suggested ones, but when I click on to switch 2g/3G it does not switch but it brings me to the MObile Networks menu.. I do not have an option to "use 2G only". I can go in and specify a Network Mode
1) GSM/WCDMA (automatic)
2) GSM only
3) WCDMA only
Nowhere does it say 2G. So none of the one lick switch widgets that tried work..

Option 2 "GSM only" is the same thing as 2G only. Option 3 "WCDMA only" forces the phone to only use 3G networks for data.

android software
Due to the android set up, no widget that i know of will do it in just one click, and since the release of the Ji6 update. they took away the 2g only button and replaced it with the wcdma/gsm toggle instead. hope that helps to sort out the problem.

Oh, really? OK, that makes sense, cuz I updated to JI6 few days ago. thanks for the clarification. Will the feature be available in Froyo?

[Q] CM7 4G?

I have tried going into the testing menu and switching radios, but:
1. I don't know which radio to choose, because there's no CDMA+LTE/EvDO option
2. When I do choose another option (other than CDMA PRL(Auto)), it doesn't switch to it.
So, the question is: How do I switch between 3G and 4G LTE on my Thunderbolt with CM7?

Settings->Wireless&Networks->Mobile networks->network mode
Or you can just add slayher's 3g/4g toggle to the power widget or the notification widget in the drop down.
Thanks a bunch! Perfect

auto switch to 2G/3G

Hey,
Since as i understand 3G draing the battery much more then 2G.
Is there any option to auto switch to 2G when the phone is not in use?
Tnx
Yaniv
I use sgs2 cyanogenmod
No simple way to do it (this has been asked on here recently more than a few times). Your best chance is to get Tasker from Google Play & see if you can set up a task to run where the phone switches to 2G where certain conditions are met.
try root box rom

In aokp roms like RootBOX & Resurrection Remix, a 2G toggle can be set in the notification screen.
settings -> Rom-Control -> (statusbar) Toggles -> Enabled toggles.
I use it from time to time
I never used cyanogenmod....
CM also have this option. AOKP roms are based on CM, so...
Having a toggle on the status bar isn't what the OP has asked. He's asked for a way to have the phone automatically switch to 2G when 'the phone is not in use' (reading is fun. honest).

Open the dial pad, type *#*#4636#*#*, if anything pop up, you can go to Phone information to switch preferred network type to "GSM only" for 2G.
You can also create an Activity shortcut on the home screen to do this in a faster way. The activity is under Settings -> Phone info.
For the sake of simplicity, install CM and use toggles.

Can you tell me where the toggle is? I have an option of setting the preferred network but changing it to 2G will automatically toggle it back to 3G. I am not satisfied !!

I feel like a retard to reply to myself. But just now I tried toggling it with my data off. It sticks. I have to select the preferred network and then I have to switch it on. Might help someone!

OR
*#*#SERVICE#*#*
type this into your dialer

[MOD] How to change LTE band on Samsung S20/+/Ultra

How to change LTE band on Samsung S20/+/Ultra
Works on both chipsets.. I saw this tip on the board so I decided to make a clear instruction note on how to use it.
Download QuickShortCutMaker from the Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sika524.android.quickshortcut&hl=en
Run the app:
Go to Call Settings
Then select the LAST:
Call Screening option should right after Call Screen Emergency and one up CAMERA
Click on TRY
Click on Top left menu ≡
Select Band Selection
Take a screenshot to make sure you can come back to factory settings in case you have issues.
Pick the band or bands you want, toggle the SELECTION button on the right up corner.
Go back.
You are all set.
I suggest rebooting the phone but this is totally optional.
REMEMBER: YOU ARE DOING THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
