Just want to ask if XA Ultra has filemanager and a notepad app. Can't seem to find these apps.

No not out of the box they don't, I'm using Fx file explorer app and the Sony note app is on apk mirror under Sony mobile communications or use Google keep

Read the details written by Sony they have clearly stated which devices are supported for this app.
Its not ur device fault its just that social life is not compatible with XS but you can get the apk if you Google it or search on xda and the modded apk just works fine.

hi! mates, any applications just like apps2sd will work on xperia z2? I tried many apps2sd applications in google play store but they're not working couldn't move my applications to sd card...thanks in advance...
I think apps like that dont work because 4.4.2 doesnt alow writing of data to your SD
You can use xposed to fix that

is that xposed is an application?where I can find it?
You do need root so this is the only problem
Here is the app

I do belive its already in Z2,or atleast in 55 fw, anyway Z2 is flagship if sony doesnt bring this Feature back then ppl will be angry and leave sony as a customer as usual

Unfortunately I lost my backup of the previous apk version. Anyway, I'm quite sure you'll find the apk if you search via Google.

if you had the old version installed and you updated you could try going into your /data/app and copying both the apks and seeing which one is the old one
you need a file explorer and you may need root access

On my Xperia T I used to have a stock app to make notes, this app also had a really useful small app but for some reason Sony has not continued this app? Does anybody know if it is possible to get this app on the z3c?
