"Samsung keyboard alt symbols" does not work I test.
The problem is that the csc below CscFeature not support the c5 keyboard :
<CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey>true</CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey>
<CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>ar;bg;cs;da;de;el;en_GB;en_US;es_ES;fa;fi;fr_FR;he;hr;hu;hy;id;is;it;iw;ka;ko;mn;ms;nb;nl;pl;pt_PT;ro;ru;sk;sl;sr;sv;th;tl;tr;uk;ur;uz;vi;zh</CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>
