Can i dirty flash this rom ?
Yes you can, but you need to do a wipe system, cache and dalvik.
Obviously, if you can make a clean flash do it, it's better.
Don't dirty flash if your previous rom was not FreedomOS or OxygenOS.
I got a bootloop caused by a incompatible/bad layer.
Boot into TWRP.
Go to Mount.
Select System.
Return to Home.
Go to Advanced.
Go to file manager.
Go to /system/vendor/overlay/ and remove the bad overlay apk.
My installation is stuck at XX%.
Wait one or two minutes and touch two times at the bottom right of your screen.
The installation will end correctly.
If you got nothing, reflash the rom.
I'm stuck on boot logo after flashing stock kernel by myself
Flash SuperSU or re-flash the rom with my patched kernel.
'SuperSU is not installed' or 'i'm stuck on FreedomOS boot logo'.
Read the first post.
You need official twrp.
If it's not fixed, perform a clean flash.
I have unselected SuperSU in the aroma and now i want it.
Flash the unpatched stock kernel available in AFH, and flash the latest SuperSU zip.
I want to come back to the Original bootscren.
Flash the oos-bootscreen available on AndroidFileHost.
Tips :
For reducing the battery usage, i recommend to disable Viper4Android for the phone speaker for everyday usage.
The economy will minimal but we don't need an audio treatment for a simple *ding* notification.

It's for onePlus 2, OOS 3 means oxygen OS 3.1.0 (the latest version for one plus 2)

I was a tester for the Rom, i got up to 5hrs of SOT at normal usage. Means, youtube videos, Messaging, Snapchat etc.

This here is my personal setup and thought i'd share. Usually i test extensively before releasing to public, but if you do find something detrimental to the usage of your device that is either Force Closing or simply not working, let me know and i will in turn inform whether that is something i will tend to.
WETA is made for Music geeks like me, its main focus is stability and Audio. It is Based off latest firmware currently, and will always be using the most up to date firmware base. You should always try to have updated bootloader, preferably matching the rom. I will endeavour to supply these as an Odin tar with any rom rebase.

This Kernel plays a big part in the audio quality of this rom. It provides hardware audio control at a kernel level. @AndreiLux also needs to be thanked for the audio commits from this kernel.

Samsung apps, i have removed a fair amount of samsung sync apps and other apps i do not use.
Google apps, there are google apps that are avaliable on the play store that have been removed.
How to install...
The usual thing here, I use TWRP so can only recommend that recover, but i am sure you will be fine with others.
Make sure WETA zip file is in your internal SD card, and head to recovery and flash the rom zip file. Reboot.
If coming from another rom, i will always recommend you do a full wipe. Which means... removing all app data.

After my MIUI 7 Global and China Developer ROM, here comes my ColorOS 3.0 Beta [Globalized] ROM for Yureka and Yureka Plus. Color OS 3.0 (V3.0.0_160527_Beta) Globalized ROM is based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and comes with many new features. Since this is Globalized Edition so there are no Chinese apps and is multilingual.
NOTE: This ColorOS ROM is not an official release for ColorOS Team/OPPO. It is just a ported ROM from OPPO R7 Plus, so don’t expect zero bug.
This ROM is based on ARM64 firmware so your device needs to be upgraded to 64 bit firmware. [Yureka/Yureka+ Cyanogen OS users can upgrade to 64 bit firmware by flashing Cyanogen OS Lollipop OTA update.]

Bugs and Workarounds

First I would like to tell you that the ROM has no major bug and is very much stable.
Torch icon in notification drawer is not working. So, please use the Flashlight app provided for torch.
You may feel little lag at the beginning. But it will go after using few hours as the OS gets settled. You can also use custom kernels for better performance.
If you are facing slow charging issue then change kernel. But default kernel more stable.
ColorOS screen-off gestures not working except double-tap-to-wake. But you can use @vishal gohel’s GeXture App available on Google Play for more screen-off gestures.
Some ColorOS Camera plugins not working (like panorama, expert mode etc.) due to different camera sensor in Yureka.
LED notification light not working.
More bugs found?! Then please notify me.

Folder hierarchy is there in the zip file. Just replace it according to it in /system/.

hello,the rom is a good looking one and the camera performance deserves a special mention.I flashed the rom and its not booting sometimes.it used to get stuck at oppo and reboot.it later booted and i flashed gapps etc..but i found that twrp is gone and i installed twrp manager app and again installed recovery to flash the gapps as i stated above.however while i was downloading apps the battery slowly got to 10% below and suddenly it crashed.now when i try to boot its getting stuck at oppo screen for more than 40 mins and the mobile gets very hot during this.this happened but almost everytime after flasing rom but i managed to boot now i am not even able to access recovery.

This here is my personal setup and thought i'd share. OEM Jail, The dreaded 7 day oem lockout
With the discovery of rlc and the disabling off rmm lock. There have been far fewer instances of folks being thrown in oem jail. But still some are. Below is a method that may get you out of 7 day jail instantly. This hasn't been tested by me, as I've never had it happen to me.. but give it a try
1. Enter settings, turn off auto detect time
2. Change time to over 7 days ago. It seems like good practice to change it to a month earlier, to be sure.
3. Enter firmware update and turn off auto updates then manually check for update.
4. Reboot, and the OEM switch should be present.

Moving to the WETA OREO builds
You dont have to update bootloader or modem!
You should backup data and efs with TWRP to an external sdcard, you will not have access to internal sdcard via twrp after flashing oreo. Until TWRP is fixed. You can restore these backups only in Nougat!!!
You can backup all you want using titanium etc. Backup to external.
TWRP flashing process
1. Wipe data (after backing up)
2. Flash Rom
3. Boomshanka you are done, bootify.
Rolling back to WETA 5.2.1
1. Wipe data
2. Flash WETA nougat base
3. Flash WETAmod installer for that version
4. Restore twrp backup from external

Version 1.0, there may be a few niggles though overall should be perfectly stable.
My Rom control app works differently to others. Make sure to click the apply tabs.
Rom Control is installed as a User data app, and all of its patching files are stored in data also. This is to aid magisk hiding features.
The firmware is mildly debloated, though i am opting to keep a lot of the stock samsung features in place. Except Bixby, he can die.
Dolby Atmos will be on its way next update.
Hybrid rom means.. The only deodexed files are the ones needing modification, this rom is largely odexed for smoothness and boot time speed.

I have added support kinda, for snapdragon devices. Rather than being a full rom, I've encapsulated all the modifications into a user app. Install the snapdragon wetamod app linked on the download webpage, make sure you have deodexed systemui and BusyBox installed. Go nuts.

Installed as well. I already had Arise installed, so the only thing I changed was the base audio effects you have here from the Xperia so I can see which I prefer. On enabling that, Arkymys was on a force close loop, which makes sense, so I removed that and all is good . The bixby button remapper is nice as well. Thanks! I can comment on the audio effects later, when I have time listen to music. I used your ROMs extensively on other phones, so it's nice to see you here as well!

Haha yeah, actually I'm really liking it! I care a lot about sound, and with Tidal, this sound base, and my v4a tweaks, I'm really loving the sonic experience . Clean and crisp without sound degradation. And definitely! Thanks for your work man :good:

It's not the rom as much as a version of rom control app that works.
U models are included, the app can be installed as a user app and make modifications to the snapdragon SAMfail rom directly. Without flashing a complete rom

That's fine. I Love your Rom...I have this Rom more debloated and its Stable
The audio on this rom is amazing!!!Loud,Loud,Loud.Great balance and crystal clear even at maximum volume.Normally I use viper4 android with jet.With this rom jet sounds amazing without viper4 android or dolby atmos.I would leave rom as it is and if you want dolby or viper can flash it.The sound acoustics are spot on with this rom.

Sorry i dont know this is bug or not. Im trying to move my app to sdcard using apps2sd, but my phone get reboot directly when moving it. Any solution?
And where is screen filter? I dont see it on notification panel. Or it diffrent with blue light filter?
