Just flash the latest supersu version through twrp recovery and you're fine, 2.78-SR1 is the latest one.

Yesterday i have tried to instal CM14, but during the initial settings (nation selection, wifi, etc) it show me "google play services stopped", and i couldn't go on and start to use the phone, so I came back to CM13.
Someone else find this problem?

I'm not responsible of any brick or damaged using this ROM
XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is built from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".
Images:
See teh "Screenshots" tab!
Instructions:
1. I recommend to use the lastest TWRP by Adrian DC
2. Is advisable to do a backup of your actual ROM
3. Go to the recovery and do a clean install (wipe data, cache, dalvik-cache and system)
4. Flash the ROM
5. Flash gapps. ONLY FLASH GAPPS AT THE SAME TIME AS THE ROM (optional)
5.Reboot and enjoy!!
6.Start from 0822 build, you might need to flash SuperSU 2.52 for working root access!
(LineageOS has builtin SU so no need)

Edit 2: Currently experiencing build error with Snap Camera code, maybe XenonHD didn't merge some commits needed by Snap, and I don't have teh ability to handle this, will try to re-include in next build

It isn't possible to set it by Default, you can only change it after it boots.
For Changing it, you need to re-build the Kernel with slight Modifications.

That's Great , I can't wait for the 920C Build
I'm very excited :victory:
I've been using this rom since its release and it just runs oh so smooth. Battery life is on point as well as just overall usability. Definitely a daily driver. 2 minor issues I ran into was trying to make a call thru my pioneer radio via Bluetooth, the phone kind of freaked out and went into boot loop. A hard reset fixed that issue. Also regular phone calls work. Im told I sound muffled for like the first 20 sec of the call but okay after. But going immediately to speaker phone works just fine. But yeah everything else works like a charm. Its even worth giving up xposed for a while until development catches up with that ?. Hope my feedback was helpful ✌
Being that the camera is very important to me, I had to go back to a Samsung based ROM. The camera works, although I found it to be a tad buggy and the quality is no where near stock. I had to restart the phone a few times due to the camera force closing and then just not working after the FC.
This is a GREAT start and I'm definitely thankful AOSP has come to the N920T.
Wow cool! its amazing haha will be waiting for Korean Note 5!

Well, back to the ROM ...
Tried this with mini gapps and it's running great, very smooth & fast. Only slight minus I've noticed is camera focus is a bit dodgy (works some of the time but not always) so may still need some fine-tuning. I really like stock ROMs with Xposed and this is almost as good with advanced boot menu and similar custom settings. Am also rooted with Magisk 12.0 which seems to work fine. Using fingerprint gestures with hidden nav buttons seems identical to Moto stock. Has May 5th security patch. Color balance is as good at default (checked it with Display Tester app) as stock was only after adjusting w/KCAL on a custom kernel, so maybe it's been built in. Nice work, OP!
Just flashed and got everything up and running nice and easy. Had a weird issue on first boot, camera would take one picture and freeze. A reboot fixed it. Great work thanks for the ROM
Does the camera have an updated lineage?

On first boot I kept hitting the button but it wouldn't take even one photo, so I also rebooted then it worked. Is auto-focus working consistently for you? If I focused around inside it seemed fairly responsive, but when moved to the sunny window it wouldn't quickly adjust to see the outside, but eventually did by tapping the screen. Doing the same maneuver with stock camera it handled the transition easily/quickly. Need to try it out more to make a fair assessment.
@Danielikto - in settings/apps it says 'Camera' version 2.0.002 org.cyanogenmod.snap' if that helps.

I will try to fix it
Thankyou Bhai
Good Job guys.
Working on it to, but you beat me to it . All the changes are available on which github repos? maybe I can help to. I just saw that @Harry8242 fixed some typo in the device tree.
Great job! But if ROM is not daily-use, no sense to install it, to try it.
I see this ROM is only port from Xiaomi Redmi 3/Pro (ido) (the same SoC)

Yes my laptop was too old, and I had some stuff going on in real life, so I was off, I just bought a new laptop, so it's time to play again with the phone .
I made a build with your branch of device + some patch of shreps and I, the following commits over the default lineage https://github.com/boulzordev/local_manifests/blob/lineage-15.0/repopicker.sh
And the nougat kernel.
Build doesn't boot, and doesn't even vibrate, so I have to figure out what I missed. I'm cherry picking the binder and sdcardfs changes to see it this will help. If you have an idea of what changes are mandatory for the kernel to boot, I'll happily take them

Kernel is ready on my branch, the port booted with it, so something is wrong with the device tree or the hals you were using,

I was using nougat's kernel, so I didn't take your kernel. I'll build with that and carry on.

It would be an early Christmas miracle
Flashed the Rom and found that Audio is not working too. And even the ear piece does not work.
Microphone also not working. But Rom looks pretty cool.

Bug reporting:
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

FAQ and Install instructions:
Reboot into TWRP
Make a backup just in case of unforeseen issues
I personally do a clean install every build but dirty flash should be Ok unless otherwise told
Flash gapps (I personally use open but try whatever you like)
AOSiP isn't rooted out of the box flash your preferred root solution
Reboot and enjoy

Yes this ROM is awesome. ? now let's contribute to its growth.
Things to note after running for the past 2 days.
- AMOLED Black theme with white accent, some text ( in the uninstall option is not visible) see screenshot.
- Smart Pixels causes lag for me 75% and below. 88% seems less stuttery. Turning off removes device lag and stutter. I know DU 12.3 just merged new commits for SP.
- At boot the device makes a chime noise before the going to the lock screen during the boot animation. (minor nitpick)
None of this should impeded anyone from trying this awesome ROM.
That's all I've got so far as a bug report. Thanks again @camcory ?
Well, almost every single ROM is using @camcory device trees for shamu. So if you want the rom from the developer that every1 else is using, you should use this one .
Thanks for reopen aosip thread again :good:

This one my daily rom from now. Perfect rom. I just missed swipe left corner for fast QS, because Im left handed, but its just a small thing. Also link ring not working.
Translation
@camcory
Thank you very much for your excellent work!!
Little question/request. I translated the missing strings in crowdin to german and downloaded the xml-package (attached-file).
Can you please include the xml-files into the next build? That would be great for german users ... thanks in advance :good:

Akhil does all the work for translations and it looks like he merged them on June 8
Does this rom support "one hand mode"?
Flashed June "test" version, seems to work fine with Netflix (I've managed to play two 1 minute sessions) without a single problem.
AOSiP as always, fast and fluid...
Will come back again but I feel the need to pay respect to @camcory for his excellent job and I'm really happy to seeing official AOSiP thread in XDA again!

Yep, by far the best rom I've come across for Shamu. And I've run through plenty the last few years.
Congrats to everyone.
is there Music tile in QS ?

Works in this build?

Looks like the June 10th build posted on get.aosiprom is corrupted. I tried multiple downloads and even tried updating through the update installer within AOSiP.
TWRP just hangs here infinitely. (Screenshot below)

Hmm.. I don't have any themes installed. I'll try again tonight.
I also updated couple of hours ago though the updater without a problem...
The only strange thing for me is that the updater says June 9 although the downloaded zip is 0610.
Anyways works great.
