U dont need a separate gapps package.. All oos packs are preinstalled with gapps

Do you mean the new pixel phone? If so it's available on apkmirror.
You could write a gapps-config file and use it along with Open GApps to remove old pre-installed gapps and install the new ones.
Take a look at Open GApps - Advanced Features and Options - Removal of Stock applications
I've wrote a gapps-config for OOS 2.2 but it is outdated now (pre-installed gapps might have different paths). Take a look here.

you need to download the GApps Manager Playstore then use the application to the GApps télécharcher of your version of android
I have installed cm 12.1 But which gapps (All required google apps) do i need to get for my LG P760?

that's depends what do you want you can use opengapps and select 5.1 and a package in there aroma let you select what do you want to instal from it because it has all google apps

Because aroma has some extra features
Maybe, if the our TWRP dev can add aroma compatibility
