Sup guys,
I'm trying to be able to sends texts while my phone is locked but I keep getting the "I can't do that while the device is locked" message. I don't understand why this is happening as I have always on and personal results on. I'm using fingerprint as my lock.
I read somewhere about a trusted voice feature but I don't see that option anywhere in the Voice settings for Google...
Any help?

Not quiet sure what you mean but everything on my H83010d G5 is stock.
You should go to google now settings and enable trusted voice.

As stated in my first post, I don't see the trusted voice option in the Google Now Voice settings unfortunately...
I had the same problem. I think changing language to US english and clearing cache helped.

Sigh... my language is already on US English and clearing my cache didn't help.. Still don't see the Trusted Voice option.. Really weird..

Hi guys... I've recently noticed problems with my proxymity sensor... the screen doesn't turn off when i answer calls and etc. but when i go into the samsung testing on the phone... return me numbers as seen below...

so is there something wrong with the sensor? or is it the rom? i did all config necessary in the settings menu... all enabled... but still won't work...

Guys i have an issue,
Is there any way to disable this notification as shown in the picture below, if not At least i need to disable the beep sound and vibration when this notification appear, this is really annoying when the call ends or when ever i send a message. so please help me

That's some app I believe you have on your phone for internet calling. Or if the rom your running has this feature it could be active. Also have you had your number forwarded to Google voice at all ???

You could start by answering people's questions that reply to your thread...
Go through your apps list and try to find and VOIP(internet calling) apps and uninstall them/modify settings/etc.
I agree with laie1472.
I had the same prob. Just.call ur operator and say u don't want balance after call.they will disable. Like this i stopped.

Hi everyone,
I currently have my sprint number setup with google voice, and I'm using google voice to manage my number. I have multiple greetings for work, meetings and stuff and I found out that there's no feature to schedule certain greetings to play on the website.
Does anybody know of a work around to do this, or an app for android that can set a schedule and change the greetings directly from my phone?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but you can edit greetings by going into Contacts and selecting one, which brings up this screen:

Thanks, but what I'm trying to do is have my greetings switch around at certain times. Oh well...manual it is.

I've never properly used a lollipop device but isn't the people app supposed to have a in built export import feature? I'm surprised that you even have to use a 3rd party app

it looks somewhat like this are you sure you dont have it.? did u search for an import/export feature in your contacts app?
Im using stock rom 5.0.1 and it doesnt have that people icon.

I didn't make the account recently... It is almost 4 years old.... Also I've been using the same account to use Google now for the past 2 years.... This problem appeared after i factory reset the phone....

If you allowed Android to backup your apps & data on Google's cloud servers then you have to restore them first and synchronize your phone with them... So of course your data consumption will grow up during some hours or days, unless you have access to a wifi hotspot... ^^

I did make a backup... And restored it after factory resetting.... Also my Google account is in sync.... My data usage after factory resetting hasn't increased much.... Also I'm on wifi already
