i have unlocked lg G3 At&t. And I'm using it outside the USA (unlocked). I wanna update the software but it keeps saying that latest firmware is already installed. I searched on internet what is the latest version than i know latest version is marshmallow. i'm using 5.0.1 lollipop but i want Marshmallow. Please Help me Thanks in Advance

i recently purchased an LG G3 Dual LTE. The version is 4.4.2 and the build is KVT49L.D858HKa10f. I have search almost all forums about this and sadly cannot see any post on how i can root this phone or is this firmware can be root already?
Secondly, if this version cannot be rooted as of this time, can i downgrade the stock ROM .D858HKa10f to an older version that can be rooted and how. Can anyone post a link? am just new here. TIA.

Yes it was supposedly released on December 5, 2016 for OTA push but so far I have been unable to get it I've tried using the LG PC Suit but it just say's I already have the latest version same thing phone route according to T-Mobile the version is 6.0.1 and the update version number is just H345K which seems short and when searching the LG servers I'm not able to even find a rom for the 345 that ends with K the latest version is J so I really don't know what is going on but hoping I will be able to get it soon have you had any luck?

T-mobile lied I just got done installing this upgrade which it is not it is only and update to version 10k Android 5.1.1 I'm a little P.Oed with T-Mobile right now for wasting my time and hopes with this Android 6.0.1 upgrade BS. I switching to Sprint FU T-Mobile

Hi,
I have the LG G5 H831 (Canadian model) and it's still on Marshmallow, even when I click check for update it says my OS is up to date.
Knowing that I'm not in Canada and I'm not using a Canadian cell provider, how can I update my G5 to Nougat? because I think there were already Nougat for this phone.

I managed to get it updated to Nougat by using the LG Bridge on my laptop.
From LG Bridge I went to Software Update and it did find the new OS, downloaded it and installed it.
