anyone tested 4g it in the US? it officialy has the same bands as redmi note 3 exept band 4 but neither had the redmi note 3 pro
Redmi Note 4x and Redmi Note 4 (SD) Indian Variant both Share Same Device Codename (Mido), Same SoC and same Kernel Source. But Indian Redmi Note 4 (SD), Don't support LTE bands that is being Supported by Redmi Note 4x(Global).
So, thing is, Can We flash Redmi Note 4x Baseband Firmware for Support of All LTE bands, as I don't think, XIAOMI will give update for 2100mhz Band LTE Support in Indian Redmi Note 4 (SD) one, so We are left with own Testing and modding.
I want someone to shed some light over this, is it possible and if someone Can Guide, or test.?

Hi,it's possible for 2100Mhz(with WCDMA radiofront),I had some posts on MIUI fourm deleted,perhaps the administrator of MIUI fourm doesn't happy to see you guys unlock the 2100Mhz band and nobody willing to test it,maybe the extra patent fees ?

Hey guys, i have a redmi note 5. That i bought in france from fnac (the biggest electrical retailer here)
I should have lte 4g+ with my sim, i have tested on a friends phone, but i only get 4g on my phone.
I have been trying to look up what to do to fix this problem but i'm lost (not great with phones)
From what i have read it is to do with the bands that are active in different countries.....

From what i know he Redmi 5 plus (Vince) doenst have the band 20 and 28 needed to 4g+.
Only the Note 5 Pro. (Whyred)
I have a redmi 6a. on the gsmarena site, redmi 6a already supports LTE-A 2CA. but on my phone how come it can't get 4g+ out. even though using another cellphone, you can get out with the same simcard.
