Orzly Fusion Bumper Case - Google Pixel Accessories

Always love this case, sorry the video is not up to my usual standard!

I like the Orzly (and similar Ringke version), but boy do they look like crap after a few months when that nice clear back starts getting scratched up. I'm also not a huge fan of clear-back cases because invariably there will be dust and other crud that will get into the case and be visible through the back

Anyone have any of the SUPCASE Cases?
I am looking at the
Unicorn Beetle Premium Hybrid Protective Case (Frost Clear/Gray)

I have the Spigen Slim Armor now but its too slippery and the back scratches easily.
The bigger cut outs of the back buttons on the SUPCASE look like they would be better then how the SlimArmor is setup.
Can any provide any pictures of theres and how they like it? Or if they bought one but ended up not liking it and getting something else?
I received the first one you mention on Friday (clear/black) and I love it.
The fit is tight and the cut outs are perfect. It keeps the phone pretty slim and looks great with the clear back.
I had a similar case for my galaxy s4 from poetic and it was just a great look for me.
If you're rough with your phone and it gets banged around alot or dropped alot, then this might not be for you.
It offers average protection, which is good for me 90% of the time as I work in an office or I'm in my car.
For slightly better protection I bought the verus iron shield which I should be receiving today and am very excited about.
It also looks great and will protect my g3 a little better on the weekends.
Anyway, I do highly recommend the supcase after a few short days and the price is pretty good too.
As far as pics, the ones on amazon do it justice.
Hope this helps. There are many good cases and you won't do wrong with any of them.

Thanks for the input.I was looking at the Versus Thor case also but some reviews said it affects signal. And the back button cut out on is tight like on the slim armor and that kinda bothers me..The supcase button cuts are larger which i think would be better
I'll let you know about the verus as I'll have it this afternoon.
I read the same about signal but I also read in more places that it wasn't true.
The video reviews on youtube really sold it for me an hopefully I like it as much as I think I will.
Take it easy.

I have the first one and agree with bkrickels.
I might prefer something a little thinner, but this certainly isn't bulky. No complaints on the back buttons with this.
Definitely no issue with signal. I can keep a call up every time driving on this one road that my GS3 dropped the call on every time.
I do hope Qi works through this case. I'll probably know that next week when my sticker comes.

Back button complaint was on the Verus Case and my slim armor..signal issues was geared towards reviews on the Verus case
I got the Unicorn Beetle and so far I like it. It has a good feel in your hands but it does add some bulk to the rear of the phone. It is a somewhat thick case and does add some mm onto the phone and weight.
I forget how much it does so until I remove the case and feel how light and thin the G3 actually is.
It does offer some great protection and this case WILL NOT bounce or fall apart during a fall or impact. The G3 fits impressively nice and snug in its case.
It is a PITA to remove the phone though, this thing is practically cemented in but once you know how to get it off, but just doesn't take as long but still is hard to do so.
It does come with a built in screen protector but I didn't need it because I had a tempered glass one installed. So I removed it and then had to spend half an hour removing all the glue that was holding it in place. The damn protector just pops out and leaves ALL its glue and adhesive on the inside of the front section of the case.
I used Goo Gone, thinner, hot water and soap and I still had to scrub it off. What a PITA...
But, I need a rough and tumble case for my job and the Unicorn does it.
Just be forewarned, it does add a bit of bulk and weight to the phone but it feels good holding it and! It has its corners notched off, giving it a Galactica prop like effect.

Thanks for the info..This Unicorn Beetle PRO Serie is case I am leaning towards..On my past phones Glaxay Nexus and Note 2 i used Otterbox defender and Seidio cases. So I would assume this adds about the same bulk.
Do you have any pics of the phone in the case or side by side to how much bulk it does add?
Also curious if the back scratches easy or holds up well.
I have a glass protector also so id be removing the bultin one
Ordered the Verus Thor from Amazon and I ended up sending it back. To me, it wasn't slim. It added some bulk to it. I have the Seidio Surface and I love it. Minimal bulk and still keeps near its original form factor.
i have the one with the clear back and i had it on my m8 and it is one of the best cases out there.
I just got my G3 on Friday and the first thing I did was go on Amazon and order the Clear/Black Supcase and temepered glass screen protector. They really make the best slim TPU style case. Nice and tight fitting, never had to worry about the material stretching on your like other TPU style cases. If there is a Supcase for my device im running it plus tempered glass and im good! Can't go wrong with it.
Not concerned with the case keeping a slim design..I'd rather have protection over looks
Using a Supcase, black with black.
Slim and works fine with my tempered screen protector.

I'm rocking the Hybrid Case and love it. I've been an exclusive Spigen customer for years but their case had that cutout which turned me away. This Supcase has the same protection level and looks just as good. The clear back keeps the phones sharp look too. Highly recommend!
I have the first one in gray/clear on my white G3. Looks good. Good protection. Have to agree on earlier post that it is difficult to remove phone from.
Did you look ringke max case? For me is perfect one
i bought both!
i love the frost one and the bigger when when i plan to go outdoors (camping, hiking)
but the slimmer frost one is my daily.
I have one but found the straight edges make it a little uncomfortable to hold. I've gone back to the ultra slim gel case from eBay for about 2.99 feels great and noticeably lighter.
i have the slim sup case.
I like how tight fit it is, even though sides are soft, because fit is so tight, it doesn't move at all. really good case
i don't like how the back is so slippery.
try the Digtronic one too.. I'm tempted to order that one as a backup case.
I have the first case you posted in clear with Gray edges. It looks great on my white phone. My only complaint is that the cut outs on the bottom are uncomfortable. When I am playing with my phone for a while. They irritate my pinkie.

Poetic Affinity Case Review!

So I recently got the Poetic Affinity case for my S7 after having one for my old Moto X, and I thought i'd give another review!
Honestly, most of what i said for my Moto X review remains the same here; it's pretty much the same case, but made for the GS7. Here's some pics:
http://imgur.com/a/TEOFt
now, it's a nice case if you like a clear case. i'm not 100% partial to clear cases, as I dislike how smudgy and fingerprinty they get from all the grease on your hands throughout the day , much like a screen gets. it's bad enough I have to keep wiping down my screen, so I'm not a huge fan of also wiping down the case! for this reason, I'm not a huge gel TPU fan either anymore.
but, if you like a 100% crystal clear case that's a flexible TPU, get this case. the clear case shows off the cool colored glass back of the GS7, which as you move it in the light, you can see it shine in different ways. In that respect, it looks awesome!
now, the case fits easily, and it's got some nice TPU rubber corners for drop protection. This black TPU extends throughout the back, so when you put the phone down on it's back, it's actually being held up by the TPU rather than the clear back, which will definitely resist a lot of scratches on the clear portion of the case itself.
The camera cutout is great, and there's full availability to the heart rate monitor.
All of the ports are precisely cut out and are easily able to be used. The side buttons are tight, but not too tight, so they're easily clickable, but they won't be clicked by accident. The "ribbed" side grips are also great for holding on to the phone.
All in all, it's a really great case and totally worth checking out!
check out the amazon link here:
http://www.amazon.com/Affinity-Prem...affinity s7&qid=1462399097&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1
It is a nice review , definitely will check it out . thank you
Will you do one for the Revolution when it comes out soon? I had it for the S6 and Note5 and it's a lot better than Otterbox Defender. I emailed poetic and it's not supposed to have the kickstand or the goofy loop on the top like the Note5 did which didn't allow for wireless charging.

Orzly Fusion Bumper Case and Slim Stand Case review!

Hey guys, back again with a highly requested review from my previous threads!
I received both the Fusion Bumper case and the Slim Stand case from orzly the other day, and I really like them so far!
Fusion Bumper Case
The Fusion Bumper is one of Orzly's high end case, and it has become one of my favourite cases for the OnePlus 5 so far. It is as the name replies, A fusion Bumper aka a mix of a bumper case and a regular case.
The sides of the case are made of Rubber, which slightly wrap around the back. This, paired with the dotted sides where your hands rest allow for great grip and protection. The rubber is tough and after a few drop tests is still in great condition. The back is made of a clear plastic, but it isn't a gel type plastic it is the type which doesn't yellow, similar to the one used on last years OnePlus 3 fusion bumper which hasn't yellowed for me yet.
The back corners of the device feature little raised points, which not only helps keep the camera off of the tables, but it also allows for the clear black plastic to stay away from surfaces as to not get scratched up. There is a nice lip around the front of the screen, and all my ports line up. The dash cable and my aux cable still fit into the ports nicely, and none of the microphone holes are covered up.
On the volume buttons and power button there is the + and - symbols, along with the power symbol which I like as it shows attention to detail. Orzly also split the volume up and down keys to make it easier to diffrentiate them.
So far, I don't have a fault with this case. It does exactly what I need it to do, is protective, feels like high quality and has a clear back that won't yellow easily. Its grip is great as I won't drop it when taking pictures anymore. If any faults do pop up, I will be sure to update the thread . Pictures of the case can be found below!

Slim Stand Case
Now this is a slightly different case for a different sort of person. I used this case for about 8 days straight so I think I have a pretty good idea about it. It wouldn't be my sort of case, but I can see the use cases for it!
First off, the material on the slim stand case is really nice. Its sort of a soft touch rubbery feeling which provides a lot of grip. At the top and bottom there are antenna lines which mimic the ones of the OnePlus 5 design so it made my phone look like a midnight black version which was awesome!
The ports all line up nicely, and the little ring at the back rotates to allow for vertical or horizontal viewing when up which I thought was very useful. The ring can also be used while you are using the phone or taking a call and helps to make sure you won't drop the device! As the name implies, it is a slim case and it means it. It feels like (besides the stand) like there is not case on which is great!
As for protection, this case really only offers back protection rather then screen protection. Because it is a slim case the lip around the screen is minimal if not none and if you are looking for protection, this isn't for you.
I can see this case being useful for people who sit at a desk all day or go on train/plane journeys a lot as you could just easily access your screen. However it isn't the case for me as I prefer protection rather then slimness. I didn't really like how much the stand part stood out at the back when it was lying flat on a table as it made it not steady and rocked. However thats part of the parcel, and like the wallet case this is definitely for a certain group of people!

Looking for a premium look case

Hey fellas!
I am looking for a premium looking case for my nexus 6.
My phone is white if it matters.
I did like a lot the Nilkin slim border, but its out of stock everywhere.
Also i have found this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Luxury-Sli...hash=item41939eb983:m:m2afeTHn0qE_nI9hygZ9iVg
Black aluminum borders.
Besides that, im looking for something that will give me a nice grip yet still make the phone look elegant and aesthetic.
Thanks!
I have that. It looks okay, but the quality is crap. I got rid of it right away.
My favorite Nexus 6 case is this one:
Ringke FUSION [Dust Cap/Drop Protection][CLEAR] Shock Absorption Bumper. (Available on Amazon)
It adds minimal bulk and fits like a glove.
I bought this case about 6mo ago, and have been very happy with it: https://www.ebay.com/itm/152687543728 (Not affiliated with the seller, just a happy customer)
Back is a clear, hard plastic (poly-carbonate?) and the "lip" is a firm TPU-type material. I've dropped it dozens of times with zero problems.
I've used the "S-shape" type cases for other phones in the past. A simpler, less "high-end" look, but they have tiny little "nubs" at the edges that give excellent grip. (Zoom in on pics to see):

I have this Ringke also and it is a good case, but I wouldn't consider it premium. It does provide adequate protection for minor bumps and falls. It has a large enough lip that my tempered glass screen protector doesn't scratch if I place the phone face-down on a table. The clear TPU yellows over time so it looks dingy though. Depending on how frequently you charge or use a headset, the dust caps can be annoying (of course they are easy to snip off the case if you like.)
Overall it is a very good case and the one I use most of the time, but particularly because of the yellowing of the clear plastic, I can't consider it a premium case.
I use a Spigen slim armor. Very nice looking and protects well. I had together it directly from Spigen though. I tried ordering one from a discounter and they send me a fake. It literally didn't even look like the real thing and lacked the kick stand and didn't even fit properly. They just printed Spigen on some random vaguly similar case and tried to pass it off.
Have had a number of cases over the years and I'm none rival the quality, feel, build, and just plain sexiness of the Seidio Dilex Pro. I'm the best kickstand case as the kickstand itself is metal as well as magnetic, it's also very sturdy. I went thru 2 Spigen Slim Armor kickstand cases after the plastic kickstands broke off then I discovered this beauty lol. Also rocking a Dbrand skin and no problems with the fit. Also the feel of the outside lip is great, more than enough to sit it face down, but formed and angled perfectly as to not in any way hinder using the screen. Seidio is also a big name company so the price is higher @ $29.99, over your run of the mill ebay cases, but as the famous saying goes, you get what you pay for lol.
https://www.amazon.com/Seidio-DILEX-Metal-Kickstand-Motorola/dp/B00S6TA3RW
Also might add that the way the metal kickstand is attached the area is flat which means sitting it on a table it will stay put instead of rocking back and forth lol. The butter shell of the 2 pieces is also covered (or made?) out of something that is pretty grippy, no slick plastic or rubbery TPU to deal with, using it for over a year in construction sites, factories, and other outdoor/dirty jobs it doesn't hold dirt or sweaty skin oils compared to others I've used, I wash mine bout once a month in hot water with dish soap and no warping, deforming, or most of all, fading, still black as the day I got it. And one last awesome thing that's soo small to be easily looked over but makes a huge difference when case makers don't do it is the side buttons, each one is individual, precision molded, and have a very satisfying feel when depressing them. It may be a tad bigger compared to bumpers or extremely thin shell cases which are barely a step up over a full Dbrand or (can't remember the other skin company) skin lol, I found myself loving the size, it's not full on OtterBox, but it still is thin enough to let me use it one handed which is whenever I'm doing anything but typing lol.
::Edit:: Oh yea, it comes in Black, Blue, Red, and White. Seidio also makes a Surface case with the metal kickstand as well and I'm sure it's just as high quality of a product I have not tried it myself and cannot attest to it's build, here is an Amazon listing tho if you would like to see it, it is one that includes a belt holster tho there are listings without the holster for cheaper.

Do not get Oneplus Nylon Case

Do not get it. The free case provided with the phone is better!
I thought the textured nylon back would provide some grip, it doesn't. It's very slippery.
Secondly... Wow... if there was ever a lint, dust, dirt magnet. It's like trying to remove dog hair from your clothing, really annoying.
Do not get it, unless you continuously enjoy trying to get crap off your case.
That was my concern why I held off. I also got sold into using those pop sockets. So that won't work with the nylon case
Been using the case for few days now and I'm happy. I agree with the grip issue, the back is slippery but the sides are grippy.
No dirt/dust issue for me, easy to clean.
I went with the nylon case when I ordered the phone. I personally think it's a great case. You are correct on the grip and lint magnet issues. But, any lint can be easily removed just by rubbing over it. I've tried a couple other cases I purchased, but keep coming back to the nylon because I really like the look.
It all comes down to personal preference.

I've had it since day one and haven't had a single of the problems you listed. It's awesome. The felt on the inside is also great because it keeps scratches off of the back.
I also have it since day 1 and I love it. Side grip is ok, and it remained clean so far. However, for sure it's gorgeous!
I have the Karbon case and the Nylon case. I bought the Karbon when I bought the phone. I bought the Nylon with a bundle accessory pack from 1+. OP is correct in that the Nylon back is very slippery - but the sides are really grippy. I prefer the Karbon case because it is slimmer all around and the back is more grippy - it kinda feels like the rubberized paint some OEMS used to use. Of course, I also have that original TPU case - it's still in the box.
I'm using Nylon case but my opinion is very different. I don't have any issues with grip, or debris?
I want one with a grippy back. Tired of my phone slipping off the dash. Since I'm very rural, have to keep it there to have a signal.
the grip issue i can agree with, however not so much on the dirt/debris issue. the first day it seemed like it was picking up fuzzies, however after that its been fine. once in a while ill put it in a new hoodie pocket and it will get a little lint on it but its very easy to wipe off. not to mention it looks gorgeous.
