LG V10 Not For Sale - Network Unlocked - T-Mobile LG V10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
Please help me to unlock My LG V10. I already try using some 3rd party sites to unlock my phone but still they cannot calculate the unlock code for me. I just also wondering why my unit has engraved word to bottom right part saying "Not for Sale H960A Rev 1.0". I also contacted T-Mobile US to help me but they cannot perform the calculation of my unlock codes unless I subscribe to one of the Plans they offer. I don't know if this is a demo unit. I'm from the Philippines and I just really want to use my Phone to our Local Network Carrier.
I already don't know what to do now. Hope someone can really help me. Thank you.

impossible to unlock because the IMEI is not in T-mobile's database and can never be added to the database even if purchase one of their plans. IMEI must be in T-mobile's database for the unlock app to work.

Plus... H960A is the European model, not the T-Mobile one... (H901).

I need some help in this matter as im facing alot of issues here
A) i was succesfully able to make and recieve calls, send sms's (but not recieve any sms weird??) but i am not able to activate mobile internet?
B) when i power on the device at the main unlock screen i recieve a msg stating "SIM CARD NOT RECOGNIZED" y is that so?
im pretty sure it has nothing to do with the phone being locked or un-lockd as my friend said to me that its unlockd.
Am i suppose to take it to my service provider and ask them to do some modem modification in order to get the 3G working?

please help,fake htc one m7??

I have purchased this phone and arrived today with a known fault, limited service,no signal. The phone is cheap and boxed in mint condition. First thing i did was get imei number from box and phone and contacted htc who confirmed unlocked, and my own research, not barred. I was hoping to be able to replace the sim reader to cure fault but now i am told because the sim card is read,i.e comes up 3 in the settings but still no signal, then it cant be a fault with the sim reader. Also tied EE and that tries to read and get signal, then goes off with no signal. I tried a factory reset, which works within the settings, but impossible to get to boot menu using power, volume down,. i will try and upload a picture of box as the picture is somewhat different to the one shown prior to buying and looks brown instead of gold. Also i downloaded antutu officer which confirmed genuine. HTC said its genuine although registered in hong kong and shipped over here. Is it possible for an imei clone or anything i can check before i try and claim a return? cheers

ATT unlocked and its current state of SW

Hello. I have an unlocked ATT version of S9 plus.
I flashed unlocked firmware to it but after reading so many pie thread, I'm beginning to question if I flashed the phone correctly.
Its been receiving OTA update regularly and its on ARL1.
I THINK I read somewhere in XDA that if you are on truly unlocked firmware, phone must read xaa/xaa/xaa. However, mine shows xaa/xaa/att? (currently on mintsim service which uses tmobile network I believe)
Can someone tell me if I did anything wrong as I have limited knowledge of android phones and I would like to correct it before pie update.
Thanks in advance.
You should be all good. The last one is showing the original software provider version that never changes from flashing carrier firmwares or unlocked firmwares. Basically it shows what the phone was born as I guess is a way you could look at it.
Bought mine directly from Samsung and mine also says that.

VoLTE problem

Hi there! I intentionally bought Moto G9 Power from eBay to be used here in the Philippines for a network that requires VoLTE. Upon checking the phone's description, it says it supports VoLTE. But I am having a hard time to find it in settings. Please help me open/activate this function. Thank you very much.
Go to Settings>Network&Internet>Mobile network.
There should be a toggle for VoLTE there.
Stating the obvious here, it will only appear if you have a 4G SIM and a 4G plan, and if the network supports VoLTE.
Here's a screenshot of the menu on my phone:

If you have purchased a model which was not specifically manufactured for PH then you may not get Volte features eventhough your data would work. Like for IND a device purchased from US will not have Volte enabled but data services do work

Question At&t Model Bootloader

Hello everyone does anyone in this thread know if it's possible to unlock the bootloader on the At&t model? I know most devices from carriers are forever locked but I was just curious as I was interested in purchasing it but only if it could be unlocked.
Thanks in advance cheers!
I'd highly suggest getting a US network unlocked variant which will be compatible with AT&T and other networks and will qualify for the Motorola bootloader unlock program. Carrier exclusive models (Verizon, ATT, Boost) tend to come with permanently locked bootloaders. The only exception I've encountered are the Tmobile/Metro and Google Fi variants which do allow you to unlock.
I've been trying to root mine forever now it seems like. I downloaded KingRoot and when rooting it said follow us and gives me a QR code which I'm not sure what to do with

Root king will at best only give you temp root, meaning it will have to reroot after every reboot.
Thanks
