You need to flash the latest TWRP from here if you are planning to use a Marshmallow / Nougat ROM. This is a must. Also note that when you flash Gapps, refrain from flashing full or stock versions as it is found to mess with smooth functioning of the ROM, like the dialer. If you use Open Gapps, the best bet is to flash the pico version. Rest of the apps can be downloaded from the Playstore.
Note: ROM's for Galaxy Mega 6.3 are provided with no warranty. You are installing this software at your own risk. You may be violating your warranty.
Warning: Do not restore backup data of system apps!
If you restore a bad backup with cached settings in telephony.db in data/data/com.*.*.telephony it can break MMS.
It seems that restoring backups can also break Calendar sync.

Q: How the heck do I get root?
A: Goto Settings and About Phone. Tap Build number 7 times. Go back and enter Developer options. Change Root access to desired method.

ive been waiting for this Rom to get Nougat-fy! thanks again Silesh!
if any of you one to Turn off the Button Lights but can't find the Option:
1.go to Settings and press Search button on top right corner
2.then search for "Buttons"
3.Select Buttons option then you should see the Backlight option on top

Flawless Clean Flash and made a few changes! Running good here..
Tried to get a few stills of the animations I worked on.. Why may just upload a video..
Next on the list of to-dos after a full test is to get Substratum Legacy running and add some spices to It!!

My font(s) are flashed System Wide during the initial run.. You can search and find Fonts in zip that are flash able.. I personally use a older version of a favorite of mine so I've had to make changes and. zip them myself..

Good work! That was one of the things we had to deal with on the previous RR mm builds.. We would run scripts on boot to shut them off..

To disable the button hard key back lights.. I still have it in archive.. The last time I ran RR there was no option in settings to shut them off, you had to run a script on boot that "turned them off"..
