You can install cwm on that device using MTK Droid tools... A quick search around here should help you get started...
You can find the CWM recovery and video guide here.
The guide is in spanish but basically you need root on your device. You can root your device via Kingroot . Download the latest version, make sure you have an internet connection and then proceed to rooting your phone.
After rooting, download Flashify or Rashr from the google play store and then flash your CWM recovery.img

No completely functional Y360 Lollipop roms available yet, however i've successfully rooted and installed a few custom roms
I want to root my Cherry Mobile Omega HD 3s but Kingoroot, Kingroot, and Framaroot is not working on my phone. I hope you can help me with this, or can you give any easy way to root my phone? It is running in Android Marshmallow 6.0
And also how can i use twrp or cwm recovery if my device is not listed on it's supported devices. I'm also trying the systemless root but i can't coz i don't have that kind of recovery. I desperately want to root this phone right now. Hope you can help me.
Hello I brought a chinese phone and I really need to have quality of life updates on it.
The model is showing as ALPS M8 with hardware as mt6580 its currently on android 5.1.
I was wondering if there are roms for this and also how to root it.
I prefer if there is android 7 or 6 and if I can root TWRP on it.
Any tips and hacks are also welcome.
Update: I have rooted it and have installed twrp on it. All I need now is a rom.
