I made a few logo.bin to customize our devices now updated to LinegeOS!
Little Update: Reworked all logos using another method which made the logos in a better quality and all in same position, also made in a way that its easier to make, so if you have a sujestion about a color scheme you would like to see, tell me and ill make it (use hex color and post it here and ill do it).
Install Instructions:
With PC: Use the Scatter file and flash logo.
Without PC:

i will rename it, with the new logo too, when cm14 arrives.
you can also flash the new logo file via twrp. just rename the *.bin to "logo.emmc.win" and put it into a TWRP backup dir and select "Logo" only at restore!

It's hard on mobile phones. The gradation. It is softer in color. It is probably due to your limitations on the logo.
So not your fault.
Remade all Logos, the Old BBlue is now White and Blue (removed the slight blue color and replaced with white)

Only if you want the first and second splash, too! For the third Splashscreen simply copy the welcomehead.96.png into Windows folder and overwrite the existing one!
Try the nk.nbf, I have some original Provider splashes for waranty reasons!
flashed it and its good... though thing just replaced the White HTC boot screen but atleast its a good way to change this tiring default welcome screen..
steps:
1. Flash using RUU depending if your G3 or G4
2. Replace Welcomehead.96 of OS by copying and pasting the attached welcomehead.96 using activesync or Total commander...

Animated GIF needs HTCAnimation included in ROM by default and it's eating ressources on such a small dimensioned device like our Prophets!
From my view an animated bootscreen is a waste of ressources!

No, but it looks like a DOS prompt! ^^
If you have installed HTC Animation (search XDA) you can set an animated GIF to be showed during bootup sequence! And if you have the right version installed, you can set a bootup sound, too!

Using that I created a boot animation from it. The Motorola logo on it is green. And the text kinda flashes, like the windows 7 status bar...
It can be fixed, made better, more effects, so yea I will be updating this over time as my Photoshop/Gimp skills get better.
Take notice that the actual boot animation is much better than the gif below...

Nice! For some reason the boot animation is slanted and looks weird. Logo.bin is fine. When you compressed the zip did you set it to store? Also I'm on neutrino ROM! Can you also make the boot animation exactly as the boot logo but make the letters flash like a dark gray? Thanks.

Thanks, Yea I set it to store when I zipped it. I thought that it was my phone that displayed the animation as slanted. Anyways I would appreciate any help to get it fixed, because for some reason, every boot animation I make gets slanted and I don't know why. I made a thread here, feel free to help in either of these threads.
And yes I will try to make a dark gray version... Expect it in the next 3 days...
Until I can find out why every boot animation I make is slanted I'm holding all the animations I made. Sorry guys, they looked pretty go too!

Choose one, rename it to "logo.rle" and place it in /data/data and it will be persistent. That means that when you update Helium, the splashscreen will not change, unless you wipe /data.
