Hello at all,
I have charging problem on my LG p760 (LG optimus L9), My ROM is v20i and I use stock kernel.
I charge my phone during the night but some times, the phone doesn't charge completly, about 70~80%, with official charger.
I have try 2 other chargers, an Ipad charger (5.1V 2A) and ZTE charger (5V 700mA).
With Ipad charger, the phone have charge great at 100% during 1 week, now, it charge only at 79%...
I have try with my ZTE charger and the phone is charging great at 100% all the times !!!
Why ?
My Ipad charger can charge my ipad without problem.
All the times, when I play games on my phone (without wifi /GPS/Mobile Network) my battery drains faster than it load (with all my chargers).
Is it normal ?

So I have 3 questions:
-My battery drains faster than it load when the phone is in use, is it normal ?
-sometimes, my batterie won't charge at 100 %, it charge only at 79~85%, does the batterie have a problem ?
-How to solve all my problems ?

I have test the software running on my phone, they have no software running anormaly during the charge or discharge...

My Xiaomi redmi Note 4 isn't charging, or charging extremely slow (80-120mA)

I had my redmi note 4 working fluently for months, but then (after a certain update I guess) the battery suddenly took hours and hours to charge, I left for 12 hours on charger to experiment. It doesn't go higher than 91% and the mA (measured by Ampere app) is super low. I am on MIUI version 9.5.4, and android 7.0.
I charge it with the stock adapter and cable the that came with it. I tried different ones, same results, tried calibrating the battery, didn't help either. I'm pretty confident it's a software issue though.. and I'm super frustrated! (The readings from Ampere app are weird usually)
Thanks in advance

Charging Meizu M3 Mini problem.

Hello,
I'm a Meizu M3 Mini user for almost 2 years.
Some time ago I noticed that my phone's battery does not hold so long, it is very quick to download or even suddenly. And lately it is no longer loaded, if it was cabled to the charger, and more than 1% is not charged.
Okay, I did factory reset, and fix the same thing, so it does not charge.
I bought another battery, I replaced it, so did the factory reset again and the same problem, the phone does not charge.
More than 1% is not charged.
What can I do?

What can I do now ?

Galaxy A5: Dying Battery or Software Issue?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 that has some battery oddities, I suspect it's a hardware issue but would like a second (or maybe third, fourth, and fifth) opinion about it. The model number is:
SM-A5000
Samsung Galaxy A5 (2015), China/Hong Kong region variant
It used to be my dad's, and he's used it for a couple of years so the lithium cell may have aged. Initially he charged it to >80%, then powered it off and took it on a 12-hour flight. By the time he landed and tried to power it on, the battery was dead. Initially it was running stock 4.4.4 KitKat (Chinese ROM), I first tried to charge it through a PC USB port, and it charged very slowly as expected. The battery level would reach about 30-something and fluctuate. The charging port seems fine, no loose connections or anything.
I next used Samsung Smart Switch to update it to stock 6.0.1 (still mainland Chinese ROM), then connected it to a 2A wall adaptor. The battery would charge up to 82%, then fail to go any further. I noticed that the battery level would often decrease while on the charger, both when idle and locked, or even when powered off and charging.
After flashing TWRP, I did a factory reset and wiped the cache but it didn't seem to do anything for the battery. At one point, the percentage jumped from 82% to 100%, but after a few minutes idle at the home screen, it immediately dropped back from 100% to 80-something%.
At the same time, I was trying to figure out how to install the Google Play Services framework since it's not included in the mainland Chinese ROMs (Open Gapps wouldn't work) and eventually I decided to flash the stock Hong Kong version of 5.0.2, which had all the Google apps. This seemed to somewhat alleviate the battery drops a little, but it still won't charge past 82%. At this point, I replaced TWRP with Carliv Touch Recovery (since it seems to work better) and used it to clear the battery stats. This made CTR detect the battery as 100%, but the OS still won't go past 82%.
I then rooted it and killed off any bloatware and prevented a bunch of stuff from backgrounding or wakelocking, but the battery still seems to drop 1% every 2 minutes or so while idle (and connected to a 2A charger). The battery may also occasionally drop even when powered off and connected to the same charger.
So, does this sound like a dying battery, or could it be a problem with the ROM? I've flashed custom ROMs to it before but that didn't seem to do anything for the battery. The next step would be to fully drain and recharge a few times, but since it's an old device I'm not expecting any miracles. The battery is also non-removable so it won't be easy to replace. My dad's got a new phone already and has pretty much given me this one to experiment with, I don't plan on using it as a daily driver so it's not much of an issue if it's an unrecoverable hardware failure. Just wanted your opinions.
Thanks
tl;dr version:
- Galaxy A5 (2015) SM-A5000
- rooted 5.0.2
- Battery won't go past 82%
- Percentage drops while on charge, even when powered off

'Charging slowly' on my Max M2.

Hello friends,
I'm facing an issue with my phone. The phone is suddenly charging very slowly. Even from my original wall charger it's charging at the rate we expect from a laptop.
What happened was, my device is running on WaveOS (I don't think the issue was with this room, just mentioning). I had to reflash the ROM because I messed up magisk.
But I did this while the device was still plugged in and charged to a 100.
After the phone rebooted I used it for a while then when I plugged it in it was showing charging slowly. I had to wait 8 minute or so for 1% charge.
What do I do to fix this. I already tried wiping the device and flashing another ROM (now Arrow OS) l. But the issue remains.
Please help.
Edit: I now have tried different cables different wall sockets. Nothings changed. I also let the battery drain completely them let it charge to a 100 uninterrupted.
It took 3 hours for 0 to 100. Also it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for it to go from 75 to 100.
