Hi, I'd love to help but my skills are very limited. How did you manage to do this? Did you develop and SDK for Gear Fit? Great job

cant see any pics

Amazing work, I was wondering if it was possible to make a Watch - Tasker integration, like TaskS2, being able to control Tasker opens a world of possibilities. Unfortunately there aren't any app.

A tasker for gear Fit 2. Really good idea Like ti use wonderist on that could be really great.

Hi, any news on you progress with apps?

Where did you post these apps? Or Source?

Hi @mayaxcn !
I'm glad to see some are actually interested in that, I wonder why there are almost no app for the Gear Fit 2 ?!??
Actually there is something I'd like to develop because I couldn't find anything like this, although it's so useful : a (very) simple offline GPS Navigator.
I actually bought this smartwatch because I went cycling with a friend who had an expensive sport smartwatch, he uploaded the route on his watch and then was able to see directions (without any map) and stuff on his watch without having his phone !
EDIT : Oh sh*t I didn't notice this post was more than one year old

But I really here. You can think of its development as the development of HTML5+CSS,Just the screen resolution is small.

Yeah I did my first app yesterday, quite easy. Although that sucks it can't be published to the Galaxy App Store. !
If I understood correctly they accept only watchfaces for Gear Fit 2...

And, I will consider open source the original gearfit2 program on github.

Any chance of getting the compiled apps for sideloading? I have FAltimeter installed which is wildly inaccurate and can't seem to find any Barometer apps.

[Widget] Moogly to-do widget needs testers

Hi everyone! Im the developer of Moogly, a simple but useful todo-list widget that started as a project for Honeycomb.
Its supposed to look like this:
But there have been reports that it doesnt work properly on some devices! If someone could be so kind as to try the Lite version and if it doesnt stretch properly, send me some screenshots and log files!
Also people have had problems with the widget picker not showing Moogly till reboot, so some feedback on that would be appreciated as well...
You can also post issues at the main thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1202211
Thanks, i really appreciate this kind of feedback it helps improve the app a lot!
Oh come on guys? No takers at all?
i tried it on my galaxy tab... it gave no prolems. No problems with stretching at all. I could not recall that i had to switch off my tab... worked immediatly.
running 3.2 btw. on galaxy tab 10.1
Good to know, thanks. Ive just increased the number of entries in the free version by the way!
please update:
Tick graphic tweaked
Increased size of tick indent
Added option to expand to full screen when focusing on notes
Added Right-to-left (beta)

yeah, was going to remove it because i found a free todo list which had more entries available... now still have moogle... like the lay out.
is it also possible to give small in-app previous from the themes?
Yeah that would be cool!
I would like to - just havent had time yet. But:
I was wondering - if someone is interested in shring their themes?
You can post the hex numbers here and ill add them to the app!
No takers i assume? I want to add a few themes that would go with TouchWiz...
Ive bought the gtab as for your reccomend - moogly is the first thing i put on it
Yeah, its not a bad device...
Now i have seen you bought it as well! Good on ya!
How is the new build?
Working perfectly! Thanks a million!

Must have been a fever dream but really, its there if you know where to look...
I would be glad to try it for you, but I don't want to pay for it just to help you test it. Do you have an APK you can send me?
Just use the lite version.
OK so downloaded this the other day... Just about what I was looking for. Small foot print, themable... And so far works perfect on my tab. Good job dev!!!!
One request... Not sure it can be done with out access to a server. Right now my goto app for my to do app needs is EverNote, for the main reason that I can make a to do list on my Tab on the train ride to work in the morning. Then have that to do list on my eVo all day as I run around my kitchen (I'm a chef) checking off things I complete or adding more things to do. I can also check and add items from my desktop if I get some office time.

Other than that it's a great app, simple and straightforward.
Sent from my Galaxy10.1 TouchWiz/ADWex equipped Starship.
Its a more complex feature... but we have thought of a way it could be done without a server

It's a very simple phone simulator for your little prince or princess I wrote this app a few years ago for my little beauty but hesitated to publish ('cause it's too simple).
But currently there is no other similar app in the store so I decided to share.
Application is free, has no ads at all, and no annoying dialogues for vote/review etc. Children just don't need that crap
So, if you like it - please rate 5 stars and add good review, thanks!

This is awesome!!! As the father of a 5 year old who constantly uses Kid's Room on my Odyssey (90% of used storage is taken up by her games and she has her own Android tablet!!!) it's great to see something like this. My lil one loves taking pics. Any chance of creating a kid's camera app? The one I downloaded from the store didn't much interest her. Now if only Microsoft would add a separate lock screen pin for Kid's Room so she can't keep messing up my start screen!!!

Do you have any good sample of that kind of app (Android, iOS)? Or maybe some ideas/sketch/functionality requirements?

Something like this where photos are stored within the app, not in my picture hub, would be great!!! Maybe have stickers, simple fun filters like cartoonize so they can decorate and customize.

OK, I see... Just to be sure: could you please double check WP store? (I don't want to spend time for duplicates). When I get a time (too busy currently) I'll do some working beta "sketch" and will add you as a beta tester (will send pm).

The only camera app I can find for kids is the Cartoon Camera app I currently have installed which takes all pics using a cartoon filter. No rush and greatly appreciated!!! By the way, Toddler Phone is at the top of New and Rising in the Kids and Family section of the store. Looks like your "simple" little app is a hit. Congrats!!!
Thx for that app! My princess loves it 5 stars...
gEtAPaTaLKed
You are welcome! New version of the app with new nice features (simulated "dialog" with the pitch-shifted echo-voice, like "My talking Tom" app - kids just love it!) will appear very soon, probably this weekend.
I'm sorry but the app update a bit delayed - I'm too busy now

[Watchface] Pokemon Watchface

New Pokémon RPG Mode and OpenVu Settings!
Battle each pokémon and defeat them to capture them! Once you've captured them, you can select them (on your smartphone) as your champion to fight other pokémons!
Beware! Pokémons can escape! Be cautious! Every minute a new pokémon appears!
Try to capture them all!!
Notes for full functionality:
1. To send messages to the Wear device (such as to change the color or to select a pokemon) you must have both, the smartphone and the wear device connected and with both screens active.
2. Sending data from one device to another only works on Android Wear devices, not Tizen or other Operating systems.

Hi everyone! I created a Pokemon watchface. It's based on the GameBoy color versions. Also if you're bored you can double tap it and start a "mini game" where you have to tap to attack and to be attacked (no animation for now). The problem is that Google Play won't let me submit it because of intellectual property (which is right because I just use the sprites).
What do you guys think of it?
Some images:
love it :3
Love it however would it be possible to get it in 12 hour format and on my Huawei Watch there's white lines that form a box around the watch face when in ambient mode

Ok I'm not exactly sure after downloading it how you actually move it to your Samsung Galaxy gear 1 which is what I'm currently using on a samsung galaxy s4 phone. So any help would definitely be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
Link doesn't work, unfortunately (404 page not found)

[APP] The most accurate fitness tracking app for Android Wear!

We are Ken and Houtan, two developers building a personal trainer AI for wearables. Over the past year we've built out tech that can automatically recognize a user's exercises, like bench presses and squats, if they are wearing an Android Wear smart watch. We are launching the beta program for our app, YouMove, and are inviting members of the XDA community to join. We would love your comments and feedback on what we've done and would be thrilled to hear your suggestions on what we should do next!
Apply for the Beta!
We recently added the ability for the app to learn new user exercises, which we are really excited about!
Other features we are currently testing:
- Automatic, passive recognition of weight training, calisthenics and cardio exercises
- Tracking of exercises, reps, sets, resting times, calorie counts, and intensity
- Detailed display of a user's workout in a timeline on watch and phone
We know the XDA community can provide some great feedback on what we've made so far. Thanks everyone!

This looks really cool! I've been tracking my workouts using Google Sheets for a while now, but if this works, I could totally see it replacing that. I'll let you know more of my thoughts after I sign up for the beta and try it out a bit, but I was just wondering if there is a way to see your progress by exercise type in some place on the app. I've always roughly guessed how I've improved over time at, say, bench press, and I know that I can do it now if I really wanted to, but it'd be really cool to have it readily available on the app.
Looks interesting, may take it for a spin!
Where is the link for download? Also:
1. Will you be having only dark color for the app?
2. Does it support Android Wear independently without the need of the phone?
2.1. Does it support the internal GPS of Sony Smartwatch, for instance?

Current it is a closed beta, so once you apply we will send an email with a link.
1. We are switching to a lighter color UI on the phone. Sticking to a dark color on watch to conserve battery life.
2. Yes, it works on the watch independently of the phone.
3. At this point it doesn't support GPS. Right now we are primarily focused on weight training and calisthenics. But when we do hit cardio, we'll make sure to use GPS on the watch.
I'm interested in trying this out. How's progress on the app?
Link not working
I would love to participate but the link is not working
I would like to apply for the beta but the link is not working.
I mostly go sporting/gym 3 times a week.
Can i get a beta because i was searching for this kinda app ?
Thanks !

Not only this one. I got gameboy emulator too. However, it is not official version from author and works only for my Gear. Probably it will be on Google play soon. I hope.
Look how it works on my wrist
Seems it emulates games 100% of original speed.

looks like for unknown reason, samsung kicked the filesmanager out of the store, and when you try to install from google play, you get an error message. i wrote to mobimax and the programmer, and he answered he will ask samsung what is going on...hope it will work again...or does anybody know an other way to install the filesmaster? ( i paid for it )
Any way to sideload filesmanager onto a gear fit2?
Is there anything new with the app? I recently bought one
