First i have installed the 5.0.1. Stock Rom via FlashTool.
Then i have unlooked the Bootloader, and installed the carliv cwm.
After that i have copied the .zip file onto the sdcard and reboot to recovery
Then i installed the zip file via menu inside carliv without success.. The error describet above...
The i have testet the twrp recovery 3.0.2 because i think it where possible, that the recovery made the problems...
But also there no way to flash...
At first the system partition can´t be unmountet, but you can choose to mount and unmount this partition in menu.
Second error then ist the data patition can´t be mountet...
So i was on stock lolipop and on a recovery for lolipop...

1-You need to flash stock ROM 5.1.1 ( you can install twrp recovery on flashtools because on 5.1.1 bootloader is not locked).

Ok... thank you for the guide...
Now i have installed the rom and i will give a feedback when i have tested some features...

[Edit]
You´re right, the first boot after flashing this rom tooks 15 minutes.
This MIUI 8 runs really smooth on ZP951... great work!!!
The only thing i missed is the standard implementation of root access in permisson app. But that´s a change of miui.
Do anybody know, how i can root miui 8? KingRoot or some other app? Or is there a flashable zip out there?

If you are on cm12.1 you can flash directly after wipe data, cache and dalvik.
Before installing, do a full backup because the rom is not tested on ZP952.

Hi i flash today Miui on my Speed 7 plus version 952.
I flash over C.M 12.1 in twrp delete Dalvik cache, system and data , after flashing Miui i wait cca 10 minutes and phone started.
Wifi work excellent, I restore from my Xiaomi mi max all data and apps wow ,therefore work Miui cloud etc ,great .
Google working, email i use Yahoo working.
Manual the network search I tried a couple of times and left it on the network that I chose. I happy happy happy ,no moore Hungary network .
Internet point is ok, I have a choice of 3g or 4g wow.
Bluetoth work with sinchronising on my Xiaomi smartband . Other possibilities for not using Bluetooth .
Now all I have to try to flash the super and then xposed. This while I'll make how it all works.
Phoning I have not tried it while I try to hear the report and it will.
English was not exactly the best exclusively German and Croatian, so I took a little help from Google Translate. But I think it's quite understandable.

No after install Xposed ,before installed .
Only phone work fine .Now I am afraid to flash again. It works well if we rule be any problems then I will see how to proceed. I have yet to test how it works GPS and navigation have Sygic, so I'll answer it. And I have yet to try a call.

Here today I finally tried and GPS navi at Zoop, after starting the GPS and start Sygic navigation within 5 seconds I was found on a map exactly to the meter. Super.
So I tried to talk, signal and sound are excellent. The other party can hear clearly and so I did.
The main speaker produces a loud sound may be a bit deafening but it is not Miui guilty.
So for now, my rating for this Rom 1-5 is the fifth .
@pocaropa You've done an excellent job

I'm using "[ROM] [4.1.2] FlyingThor V2.0 SuperFast | Stable | No Lags | Updated: 28-Oct-2013" and "[Kernel][Dec 12]Experimental v11c[JB 4.1.2]"
I know that instruction say: "7.During second reboot, you will b stuck at Sony LOGO for a while. But don't b panic everything goes right after a while." but even after wait about 5 min it doesn't boot. After take off battery and turn on the phone I can go to cwm after a while. I have to flash rom again so the boot works, but when turn off the phone I'm stucked again.

You have error in this ROM because you install a different kernel to the ROM developer, the kernel that is in the ROM is not experimental kernel, is a custom kernel developer, you have two options
1.- Open the zip of the rom and replace the boot.img by the experimental kernel
2.- Extracts the boot.img that is in the ROM and use flashtool to install.
not have to do much, just install the original kernel of the ROM, not the experimental kernel.
you decide

Hi Kobalto07 thanks for your reply. I have to say I'm confused because the instruction in rom post say "1.Install Experimental Kernel Latest Version from here or Flash the Boot.img from the ROM". and that's what I did, but I'll try your sugestion and post the result here.

yeah, he said that, happens is that the experimental kernel is updated continued, then the version that put the developer un the ROM will obsolete.
then the developer leaves the user will decide kernel to use
I will be attentive to your results.

custom rom choice to replace yodarom 10.0

hello everyone
I have yodarom v10.0 installed on my Honor 7, the developper stopped the developpement, and I would like to updated to another custom rom, based on B371.
1- How do I do this update, should I have to come back to stock rom first?
2- Wich custom rom do you think I should install, I hesitate , "Pure Emui" or H7cRom ? and why?
Thanks
All these roms have the same base , you dont need to go back to stock.
i run MMplusKang by WBT,the support is very good and the K-Settings features awesome

Just stucked at boot logo when trying to install xposed v86 sdk 23 arm64...
Do you have a simple workaround
Thanks, if it s not working I will try MM+Kang

I would rather not to have to reinstall everything, But If I m forced to.. And the team seems french, It would be easier for me.

The fact I am using MM prebuilt kernel because I don't have source for MM and to be honest, I don't know how to fix build rejects on LL and even less update to MM.[emoji17]
I am using MM blobs from last official stock rom.

Don't install supersu!
If you want to be root, just go to developer options and allow root access.
Now you should reinstall cm and gapps as per first post.

Is a known problem on some units of this device; screen flickering.... You can try older versions with spflashtools, some users report "better results".

well actually, as op mentioned it works with philz only.
i tried installing with twrp, it failed and the error message was something like this rom is not compatible with your device.
then i tried the recovery op linked, worked a charm.

I don't have that much skills in rom flashing for android (I've only flashed almost successfully another rom for a lg g7-01), so can someone please help me with this?
Thanks in advance, Spinoni31.
Edit: I decided to switch to philz and it worked. The only things that don't seem to work are the NFC, and with it, my flip cover. If soemone can help me on this matter, i would really appreciate it. Thaks, Spinoni31
works perfectly fine if you're gonna flash it with the recovery linked.
flashing magisk and bypassing safetynet works.
Haven't experienced any annoying bugs yet. NFC doesn't work as said, but i don't even need/use it.
Thank you very much for this ^^

Been using it for like 2-3 hours, working pretty solid till now without encountering any bug. Battery is a little off compared to xiaomi.eu but I guess maybe because it is the first charge cycle. I haven't done any gaming yet,so not sure about the heating situation. Camera also works fine.
so in short,Yes it is usable as a daily driver.
Based on the file name it's still Oreo 8.0 based right?

Before installing by twrp, disable device search and close your xiaomi account in the mobile, then restart in twrp and make full wipes included internal memory and format data, restart again in twrp and install

No.
That's for phones that support bokeh mode by default.
Installed last night, all went smooth. The performance is stellar and every is working fine. Only issue I had was that somehow my TWRP recovery was overwritten by Xiaomi recovery.
Oh btw you don't need any Google installer APK you can just download the installer from the included Mi app store.
I will test out the rom today but I think I will restore my Lineage backup till the EU version is out....... the rom is great but there is way to much Chinese bloatware [emoji6]

I'm 100% agreeing with you, but keep in mind that all the official MIUI ROMs are overwritting the recovery

erased my phone?

Interesting haha . Normally it should've flashed you the MI Recovery. Are you using the official TWRP?

That is what official MIUI does ...
Always have a backup of your stuff not in the phone.
I do not use the official twrp, I use this https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-note-2/development/twrpscorpio3-2-1-1tools-6blue-t3798956
So that there are no problems if you are in MIUI make a backup and before putting the rom deactivate from the mobile the device search and the account of xiaomi
once done reboot in twrp and make full wipes internal memory included and format data (if it gives montage error restart twrp again and perform again full wipes and format data) restart in twrp again and install, should not give you any problem with encryption
I do it like that and have never given me problems
and I do not overwrite the twrp either

Yeh might be but i never installed official MIUI ROMs before this one. Anyway took me 30 sec to hook up ADB and then Fastboot flash TWRP back. I rooted with Magisk and now all is perfect might even stay on this if i can tweak a few things to my liking.
