Could be your charger oneplus x isn't to friendly with cheap chargers. You could use arsenic kernel and get a much better battery life but you won't get support from the Dev if you use a custom kernel. I personally don't care I like arsenic and l use it with all my ROMs.

Yes it has OMS.
And Arsenic is prebuilt into the rom

I use oneplus x charger. Also I use the kernel that came with this ROM.
