INSTALLATION:
The ROM is set on Autoformat. That is it will wipe all your apps, settings, call logs etc. So first do a backup.
1. Download the rom and put it on your External SD Card
2. TWRP recovery: TWRP_3.0.2
3.Go to TWRP recovery by keeping pressing Power button + home button + volume UP button at same time for few seconds.
4. Choose Wipe, then Advanced wipe and choose Dalvik/ART Cache,System, Cache, Data ,Internal Storage,Android Secure and then Swipe to wipe.
5.Now choose Install and go to the place where you did put the ROM and choose it.
6.After install Reboot system.

I have a stock j5 2016 510 FN so I should have no problem installing this rom right?
And also, will I be able to remove root after installing the rom? Because some apps like Pokemon Go don't allow rooted phones

yes of course you can remove root after installing.
I have not tried without Root.
But without root with Kernel Adiutor you can not set CPU and CPU always run at maximum mode Max 1881 Min 200 and GPU 720
If it's good for you,then is no problem.
