[Q][XP] Can't get in to TWRP after kernel flash (CM11)

Hello
I recently wanted to go back to CM11, but i got stuck on to a problem
I had Honoami V8 installed with the Nemises Kernel on a unlocked bootloader.
I wanted to have clean install so I flashed the Stock 4.1.2 with flashtool that went just fine and i had no problems.
until I flashed the CM 11 kernel with TWRP from Percy_g2.
In the instructions it says that i need to hold the power button to get into TWRP when the phone vibrates on boot, but the phone won't vibrate and it justs cuts to black no matter what I do. I tried it with the Stable M8 version and Nightly-16, but it just does the same.
Any help with this?
The kernel used with the Paranoid rom does work with TWRP. It appears only Cyanogen mod kernel does not work

Can't Install CM12.1, stuck at "Google" screen

I'm working with a 32GB WiFi version of the Nexus 9. I've successfully unlocked the device. I believe I've flashed the device with CM 12.1 dated 20151030. When I reboot, the device is stuck at the "Google" screen.
I installed TWRP 2.8.7.1 and copied over the zip files for CM and CGapps, installed again and got the same result.
I've put CM on many devices in the past (Nexus 1, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 7, Nexus 4, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3) and I've never had this much trouble. What else can I try?
same here - tried to flash CM12.1 20151030 and 20151029 - both times stuck at "google screen"
Particularly first boot, it takes a good ten minutes to boot up after installing CM. Just be patient.
But the long time is on the flashing logo, isnĀ“t it? Not at the fist google logo... ?
Well - i give it a try.

Waited 35 minutes - still stuck at the google logo....
I also waited for about 10 minutes, but that blasted "Google" logo is still there. I would have expected to see the Cyanogenmod logo by that time.
Next try: Flashed CM 12.1 and GApps via Nexus Root Toolkit 2.0.5 - now ROM and GApps work fine.
Same problem here with TWRP 2.8.7.1
How did you do?

My tablet had Android Marshmallow installed and the Nexus Root Toolkit (NRT) won't let me use the "Flash zip..." option because no custom boot image is available.
So, I've tried to downgrade to 2 different version of Android using NRT and each time the tablet won't finish booting -- I just see the red, blue, green, and yellow circles spinning around.
Any other suggestions?
I'm in the same position. Flashed CM12.1 RC and the newest gapps 5.1. Everything seems to install correctly in twrp recovery mode and when I hit reboot, it stays on the "Google" screen. I've tried NRT as well with no luck.
In order to succesfully flash CM 12.1 you need to flash the Stock ROM 5.1.1 (LMY47X) the problem seems to be the vendor, as you can read here http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-9/orig-development/rom-cyanogenmod-12-0-unnoficial-t3006725
Greets
You can also use Nexus Root Toolkit:
http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/
Go to advanced utilities - flash zip
Then flash CM12.1
Has worked for me!
finally I installee stock rom 5.1.1 and after that it can boot with CM

Flashfire not working at all, Black Screen all the time

UPDATE: FIXED! Flashfire doesn't seem to work with a Custom Kernel. I reinstalled the same ROM again but this time without the Kernel, and Flashfire worked fine.
Hello, I installed the latest Flashfire from Google Play, but it's not working at all for me. I tried making a Backup of my System, after pressing "Flash" it shows "Loading..." For a few Seconds and then goes into a Black Screen and stays there forever. Waited for more than 20+ Minutes but nothing happened.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini (SM-G800F) with Resurrection Remix 5.8.5 (Android 7.1.2 Nougat) and Spookcity v6.0 Kernel and Rooted with latest Magisk 15.1. Also tried with SuperSU, which didn't work as well.
Ya ya
